The service at this location is fantastic! I used their online ordering system (which I love, by the way). I was greeted as I entered the store... I can't even remember the last time that happened. Since I was early, a staff member offered to call my cell phone as soon as it was ready... how cool is that? Even though she knew I had something to carry my stuff home in, she boxed everything up for me anyway. She also made sure to show me the first one to make sure I was happy. I emailed a one page homework sheet for my second grader to this location with just "For printing, please." Response: The subject line in your email says "for printing please". ...we need to know what type of paper, what size, and how many please. The file you sent to us is 11.46 inches by 8.86 inches. Please let us know so we can accurately print your order. I can make it fit on a letter size sheet which is 8.5x11. Thank you, Sue When I got to the location, Sue yelled from the back, "Oh, he's HERE?!" and she stormed up to the desk from the back office, and lit into me starting with, "Lemme tell you something..." and gave me a four minute lecture on all the various sizes, colors, and types of paper they have. They printed it on paper that was almost like card stock, and charged me almost $5 for it. read more

I was suppose to receive a package by which I receive a notification that it was out for delivery on a Wednesday and the package was never delivered on which their reason was, I wasn't home. It repeated itself on Thursday but driver stating I wasn't home is a total lie. I was at my front door waiting for the driver on both instances. I called customer service and they were no help. FedEx is built on lies and they have lost my business. I'll also call the sender and complain to them on what FedEx have done and perhaps drop them as their courier. I wish I can give them a negative rating but that is not part of the rating system. read more

No way, this place is a ripoff, and theyre pretty sneaky about it. Paper copies are about 14 cents each, and you have to do them yourself with a self-pay kiosk. There is no option for scanning at the kiosk, so you have to ask them to scan documents for you. One would think that scanned documents would come in at or below the price of printing on paper with the associated costs of paper and ink, but THE SCANS ARE 89 CENTS PER PAGE! 75 CENTS PER PAGE MORE THAN PAPER COPIES! They don't tell you this up front. It's very scammy. There is a discount above a certain number of pages, so I "saved" $19.20. On $42.72. It was $23.52 to scan, freaking SCAN 48 pages. I don't mean archival pages or dogeared pages, I mean a stack of 48 pages fresh out of their machine that I wanted to get into one PDF document. They ran it through the feeder in 20 Seconds. At that rate, they're basically charging about $4000 per hour to scan documents. Save your money. Four trips to this racket and you could buy a scanner. Maybe they're better to people they know, but I just got screwed. read more

We paid $70 to overnight a very important package to Vegas. The package got to Vegas and they canceled the overnight shipment. So it's been sitting in Vegas for days. Each day claiming that it would get delivered today but it never has moved. Also, no refund for terrible service (d/t covid). Copying from reducing to direct to enlargement, whether letter to legal to 11x17, or even up to 36" wide and, well I have no idea how long. Staff is extremely cooperative, friendly and attentive. Could hardly ask for more. While copying is mainly self-service, with staff backup work carrels are also provided as well as art, shipping and printing services. Love using this business. read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Completely untrained, incompetent staff that is on a power trip or something. I have a FEDEX account and print prepaid labels for my business, everything is correct and we've been doing this for years...yet every time they hassle me about something new. They accepted a package and then called me to pick it back up one time. Then a different time, they tell me I need special labels...so I did that. Then they tell me I'm not allowed to ship alcohol at all (untrue). Told me he needs to be "notified"...whatever that means, they are all so rude. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING POLICIES! The Fed Ex across 190 behind Starbucks is MUCH BETTER and is always friendly...but not open on Sunday. read more

Every service I have ever needed for the last 4 years have been great and correct, with no issues. They really work with you, and try to always get it out quicker then the date/time requested. I've moved to New Orleans, but I still work around that area so I still order/pick up 90% of my orders at this location. I travel quite a bit for work, and use FedEx office anywhere I need to, but this is the only place that understands the special requests on the order from my corporate office. Everywhere else, they either tell me sorry, or they can't do it (I've tried 5 others in the last year), when I let this location know, they don't understand why they couldn't either... I have my personal opinions from their attitudes and response, but doesn't matter. I just know I can trust this location/staff!! Presentation is important, so I expect things to look the way their FedEx rep. said it would (we have a corporate account), however it doesn't always work out that way. It's not a cheap expense, but I am so thankful for everyone here! It makes my work life so much easier. And most of all, they have always greeted and welcomed me, no matter how occupied they are! I will say, all the other FedEx Office I've been to have been very welcoming as well. read more

Automated printing is fine, if a little bit more of a hassle than it was when it was Kinko's a few years ago. Had a bunch of docs to print, but the automated printer/copier couldn't recognize a single .pdf, and told me to ask for assistance at the desk. Desk said that they would have to "process" all the files, and with more than 5 documents I'd be charged 60 bucks an hour for them to print -- excuse me, "process" -- my files. Not gunna pay $60 for someone to press print for me. Maybe I'll just put them all in one document and come back. Borderline ridiculous / geeksquad level of scammery since this is supposedly a print center -- hoping this is just a problem at this one and not a chain policy. If you have to print more than a few pages, check for other local printers on 190 instead. read more
