They mixed up orders and embroidered my daughters dress with another client's pattern, and proceeded to damage the dress taking out their error When we tried to pick it up the owner was incredibly rude. She told us if we could replace the dress she would try to get the correct pattern in another week. So basically due to her mistake she expects us to get another dress for her and then she will provide the service we paid for in the first place?
