I recently called with questions I had about a a print job I was interested in. The person whom I…read morespoke with was polite and extremely patient given the number of questions I had. He went into detail about what was recommended. Although I am not able to have what I am interested I completed there, they didn't hesitate to suggest other areas I should search. If I need to have something else printed locally, I will definitely start here with patronizing. I appreciate the help and look forward to using them in the future.

Brian is absolutely the BEST to work with on any work-related project that you need to wow your customers and integrate seamlessly into your office. From start to finish, he works with your vision and helps to refine, sometimes redesign (lol) and is not only the most competitively priced printer in Slidell, he rivals anyone on the Northshore in my opinion. When we have printing or a project idea in mind, Dudley Smith Printing is the first place we contact and we've never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

Being that this is the only guy in town who makes signs, (Greg) he's basically got you by the…read morekahonies and he knows it. I have had two negative experiences with him recently. He took an order of mine on a Thursday evening and said there was no way the sign could be ready for at least 3 weeks. On Friday morning I called to cancel the order but he's closed on Fridays. So he returned my call on Monday morning and informed me that the sign had already been made and that I was going to have to pay for it regardless. I was out of town and could not check out whether the sign had actually been made. However, he agreed to shoot me an email showing that it was made but he never did! His son, Darren, is no better. I ordered a sign to be installed on the existing posts. When they came to install the sign, the installer had new posts ready to install it. I informed the installer that no new posts were needed. He called Darren on the phone and all he reduced the price by was $30, which was the cost of the posts, but not the cost of the labor. What a rip off these guys are! NEVER AGAIN will I use them for a sign. I will contact someone from out of state before I contact them. Do yourself a favor and place your order with another company, not with these strong- arm guys who take advantage of other business owners! The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no way to rate them a negative number!

I am starting an outdoor company and need decals and to get my truck wrapped. Everything I've ordered has been on point and has been good quality work. The staff is very professional and have a lot of patience (you have to have patience to deal with me-that's fact)! They are in the process of wrapping my truck and have experienced some obstacles with some equipment and have been very informative of what they are up against and that says a lot for them! I'm quite sure that with the pride they have in their work that my truck will be above expectation and I will continue to use them for all of my graphic needs! Give Darren, Deborah or Kim a call and you won't regret it! It's hard to find people who take pride in their work anymore but I can assure you that these people do! God bless, Shawn (founder of Country Roots Outdoors) or CRO as Deborah would say!
