I call in after a few weeks and am told the manger is busy with a customer but will call be back when done. Few hours no return call. Called in again, manager would call me back later. Finally got a call back. Informed me the discount was only domestic and not commercial machines. That's fine. I asked him to send me an invoice to pay the 10% difference. Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.

They mixed up orders and embroidered my daughters dress with another client's pattern, and proceeded to damage the dress taking out their error When we tried to pick it up the owner was incredibly rude. She told us if we could replace the dress she would try to get the correct pattern in another week. So basically due to her mistake she expects us to get another dress for her and then she will provide the service we paid for in the first place? She took zero responsibility and never apologized for the error.

Huge mistake, this business is so NOT professional at all! I got a call from NOCCA saying the prints were all off on the edges and too low resolution. So I contacted their front desk guy Jarrod and he said he will issue a refund. Then I go there and he changed his mind. They will be hearing from the NOCCA Riverfront attorneys. So unprofessional do not go here. Ever since that cop got shot here in Mandeville and they printed all the banners they act like they dont need little peoples business.
