I I gave 23 hours and asked him, and if he could do a intricate embroidery design on my shirt for a lunch the next day. I gave him a hefty tip. Not because he asked, but I felt like it was right with the time limit. When I walked in, it was already done and hanging up. Honestly, couldn't ask for anything better, it was exactly what I wanted. I was sent here as my niece's school exclusively utilizes this shop to affix the logos for their school uniforms. After visiting the shop, being a party to the friendly staff, great customer service, I soon forgot about the trip to Metairie & started focusing on what I PERSONALLY could have monogrammed... After having the school logo placed on her shirt, next thing you know, ba-da-boom, ba-da-bang we have my company's logo stitched on 2 hats...
