Andrew gave me a quote over the phone, but when he came to my house and assessed the project was able to knock quite a bit off the price. He was fast, efficient and very respectful of my home. He gave me proper aftercare instructions (dry time, frequency of cleaning, etc.) and was on his way in an hour. I had him do a six seater sectional and two area rugs. The cream colored sectional was starting to smell sweaty and had a coffee stain and he was able to get all of that out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They were able to meet my schedule, arrived promptly on time, and worked tirelessly following a 3-week repair project due to a water leak that cracked ceiling due to heaviness of insulation. Having had to go through the 3-week project which left dust and small flecks of fiberglass insulation, it was a pleasure to have everything cleaner than before. Eddie tickled me when he explained, in cleaning my French doors (frame, windows and seals), he couldn't stand the way the outside windows weren't cleaned, so he walked onto porch and cleaned the outside (not part of the contract). That was PROOF that Eddie takes pride in what he and his team's work and progress. I recommend NOLA Elite Cleaning to anyone on the northshore (I live in Hammond), and they also cover the southshore. A+ as they exceeded my expectations in cleaning my Master Bedroom (EVERYTHING) including polishing furniture, glass, and also the bathroom was spotless.... every nook and cranny was cleaned and the glass shower doors had zero mineral build up left and looked like new. You cannot go wrong.

The companies they used were very unprofessional and did not impress me with their knowledge. We finally decided to accept the warranty pay-out and choose our own company, and we chose Benfatti. We could not have made a better decision. Cory, the salesperson, explained all our different choices and guided us into selecting the right unit for our house. While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed. We feel absolutely comfortable that everything was done right and will last for a very long time. I cannot recommend this company enough; I'm just sorry we had to go through two other companies first.
