We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. Additionally, I believe it is worth disclosing that he did not ask that I leave a review like many service providers do, I made this review because my experience with his services was worth noting in a review.

What did they do for the carpet and the sofa? The sofa still has dirt on it and dog hair. You can see where the dog lies against either end. The bedroom carpet has stains that have popped up since they "cleaned it". I moved some boxes in the bedroom last night and as you can see, they have absorbed water left in the carpet. I moved furniture and you can see where they didn't even bother to vacuum under it. I called this morning at 8:51am to let them know about the water in the carpet. I was told the manager would return my call. (Still haven't heard back) I tried to vacuum up as much water as possible. See the picture of the water how "clean" it is and how much that was left behind. I admit I should have checked closely behind the workers, but unfortunately, I had personal things going on at the time and was not able to do it. I shouldn't have to do it. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.
