Then when he did the bathrooms he included the square footage for the counters, bath and shower to maximize his fee. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch. Then he hooked up and used my water to do it - fine but I wasn't aware and felt like he should have at least asked. Honestly with the size of the truck he brought I felt like had a water tank in there but no........ Quality of what he did clean was fine; got the job done but I wouldn't use them again.

Buyer beware!! Last Friday, June 14, I had #Oxy Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Covington out to clean…read moretile, grout, carpet, and a sofa. They did a good job on the tile and the grout. What did they do for the carpet and the sofa? The sofa still has dirt on it and dog hair. You can see where the dog lies against either end. The bedroom carpet has stains that have popped up since they "cleaned it". I moved some boxes in the bedroom last night and as you can see, they have absorbed water left in the carpet. I moved furniture and you can see where they didn't even bother to vacuum under it. I called this morning at 8:51am to let them know about the water in the carpet. I was told the manager would return my call. (Still haven't heard back) I tried to vacuum up as much water as possible. See the picture of the water how "clean" it is and how much that was left behind. I admit I should have checked closely behind the workers, but unfortunately, I had personal things going on at the time and was not able to do it. I shouldn't have to do it. Under NO circumstances, do you want to deal with this company! * I was told I have to give this a star review in order to post it. I'm going to give it a one star and that's because they did a good job on the tile on the grout. Otherwise, I would give it a negative rating.

Terrible company, terrible employees, terrible management…read more They came to my house to do a steam clean of the carpets and a grout cleaning of my tiles. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.
