What did they do for the carpet and the sofa? The sofa still has dirt on it and dog hair. You can see where the dog lies against either end. The bedroom carpet has stains that have popped up since they "cleaned it". I moved some boxes in the bedroom last night and as you can see, they have absorbed water left in the carpet. I moved furniture and you can see where they didn't even bother to vacuum under it. I called this morning at 8:51am to let them know about the water in the carpet. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.

They came to our home while we were out of town. We got home and almost cried. The house looked amazing!
