We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. What did they do for the carpet and the sofa? The sofa still has dirt on it and dog hair. You can see where the dog lies against either end. The bedroom carpet has stains that have popped up since they "cleaned it". I moved some boxes in the bedroom last night and as you can see, they have absorbed water left in the carpet. I moved furniture and you can see where they didn't even bother to vacuum under it. I called this morning at 8:51am to let them know about the water in the carpet. I was told the manager would return my call. (Still haven't heard back) I tried to vacuum up as much water as possible. I admit I should have checked closely behind the workers, but unfortunately, I had personal things going on at the time and was not able to do it. I shouldn't have to do it. To save a few bucks I dropped off the rug myself, not a big deal as they're in my neighborhood and the location is easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were realistic with me about whether or not they could get the smell out and about the possibility of color running. I trusted their knowledge and went with it. Much sooner than I expected (this was right before Christmas and I'm sure a busy time for them) they called and told me my rug was ready. It must have only been a few days after I dropped it off. I was in the neighborhood so I drove by and again was greeted by friendly people, they helped me right away and carried my rug, rolled onto a tube to my car for me. I asked to take a moment to check it out (and smell it!) and it smelled like a wool rug. No trace of the mildew smell at all and no other perfume smell covering up the mildew smell, just the smell of clean wool. The rug is in great condition and still smells great today, thanks to the awesome people at Enrique's. Don't bother calling around, these people are the best.

I know that they use a minimum-water saving system that I have to say does not get the dirt out. Not only did the rug rain dirt on my floor when we got it back, it smelled--and it didn't even smell when it went in, it was just light use. I had to take it to someone else to clean out what seemed like extra dirt from other people's rugs. Possibly worse than that is the owner Frank's attitude, extremely rude, cursing, and obnoxious. To be treated like you're the enemy and in the way of someone you're paying is bad enough, but for a woman it's possibly worse because there was an element of aggression that made me want to escape him and never come back. To make matters worse, there was a woman who "fixes" rugs who came at me as I was leaving, aggressively bullying me to leave the rug with her and she would find me ("don't worry, I will find you" pointing her finger at me) when she was done.
