What did they do for the carpet and the sofa? The sofa still has dirt on it and dog hair. You can see where the dog lies against either end. The bedroom carpet has stains that have popped up since they "cleaned it". I moved some boxes in the bedroom last night and as you can see, they have absorbed water left in the carpet. I moved furniture and you can see where they didn't even bother to vacuum under it. I called this morning at 8:51am to let them know about the water in the carpet. I was told the manager would return my call. (Still haven't heard back) I tried to vacuum up as much water as possible. See the picture of the water how "clean" it is and how much that was left behind. I admit I should have checked closely behind the workers, but unfortunately, I had personal things going on at the time and was not able to do it. I shouldn't have to do it. Not only did the rug rain dirt on my floor when we got it back, it smelled--and it didn't even smell when it went in, it was just light use. I had to take it to someone else to clean out what seemed like extra dirt from other people's rugs. Possibly worse than that is the owner Frank's attitude, extremely rude, cursing, and obnoxious. To be treated like you're the enemy and in the way of someone you're paying is bad enough, but for a woman it's possibly worse because there was an element of aggression that made me want to escape him and never come back. To make matters worse, there was a woman who "fixes" rugs who came at me as I was leaving, aggressively bullying me to leave the rug with her and she would find me ("don't worry, I will find you" pointing her finger at me) when she was done. The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right. All I received were excuses; no accountability anywhere.
