We had a wonderful experience at Men's Wearhouse thanks to Steven. He helped my husband choose a…read moresuit for an upcoming executive interview, and his level of knowledge was truly impressive. Steven clearly knows his craft. He put together the perfect ensemble and made sure every piece worked together and fit properly. He also kindly educated us on different suit fits and styles--something we admittedly knew very little about--without ever making us feel uncomfortable about it. What I appreciated most was how patient and attentive he was. He never felt pushy about upselling, but he did introduce us to the right accessories that really elevated the entire look. His insight into the psychology of colors and how they can impact an interview was also fascinating and helpful. By the end, my husband walked out with a polished, cohesive outfit that felt perfect for a high-level interview. Steven made what could have been an intimidating process easy and even enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit.

I'm not very experienced in the world of fashion. A suit's a suit, right?…read more Wrong. If you've been buying your finer wear off the rack, you don't know what you're missing. I had my first fitting in my new custom suits from Men's Wearhouse yesterday. It is unbelievable how well these clothes drape my frame. I felt like I was buying my first grown-up suit! Who knew I was going to look this good, huh? Kelly did, he knew exactly what he was doing. Kelly is a store manager for Men's Wearhouse and is at the top of his game when putting together a look. One glance at the man and you know he's got your back. He was busy fixing things I didn't even know were wrong. By the time we got done yesterday, I was drooling over the ensembles he created and left the store more excited than ever to get into some great looking clothes. Guys, do yourselves a favor; get over to Men's Wearhouse and let Kelly and his team create a new suit for you. I highly recommend the pampering. Like the ad says, you're gonna like the way you look...and I really do.

Tyjae assisted my son, as he prepared for an important job interview, and her service was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the entire experience stress-free and confidence-boosting for him. Her expertise and eye for detail ensured he looked polished, professional, and interview-ready. Tyjae truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care stood out, and it's clear she takes great pride in her work. Because of her, he walked out feeling confident and prepared. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you for having such a wonderful representative on your team. Sincerely,

I've had the most ridiculous experience here I'm still in shock. My best friend and I rented tuxes…read morehere for $230 without shoes. If I'm paying this much to wear something for a single day, I think its reasonable to receive at a bare minimum: clothes that fit in good condition. Men's Wearhouse disagrees and doesn't even care. We were fitted on our day of visit and I specifically requested extra room around my neck. My tux came with a noticeable blemish / knick(?) on my pants (see picture) and I'm pretty sure my shirt was actually a dress shirt turned into a tux shirt (I may be mistaken here but I'm pretty sure the shirt shouldn't have buttons right next to where the cufflinks go) and so tight around my neck (barely buttoned by extending my neck) the shirt strangled me. My friend's shirt arrived so small he couldn't even fit into it and had to go with one of his own. When I came back to the store to return the tuxes with the above issues we faced, the manager (same person that made the order & fitted us) told me that "these are rentals and universal" and that "this is why we have the tuxes prepared two days in advance so we can overnight ship them." Did I hear that right? A formal wear store has decided that the measurements they take & the condition of the clothes they're peddling aren't important, the onus is on you to make sure the clothes will even fit, and to top it all off, absolutely no concern or even an apology from a manager for $230?

I've been searching high and low for a great dry cleaning service and I think I've found it. The…read moreservices here make my job easier. Quick service, great drop off even. The shirts are pressed perfectly and the prices are not to bad. I'm very particular about my knit suits being cleaned and they did a spectacular job. I knew it was done with care because I found foil on one of my rhinestone buttons. I couldn't be more please. The job on men's suits are perfect. The turn around time for cleaning is right up my alley. Been here a few times and I will definitely keep using Corporate Cleaners!

have been a customer here for some time, but after my experience today, I will not be returning…read more When I came in to pick up my clothes, they initially could not locate my order using my name and ticket information. I told the employee that my ticket was in my car and that I could go get it if needed. She told me to go ahead and get the ticket, so I spent approximately 5-7 minutes in my car looking for it. When I returned, they still could not match the ticket to my order. Eventually, the employee went to the rack and located my clothes herself. I commented that I was glad I had my ticket because, based on what had just happened, I was concerned my clothes may not have been found. She responded that they had "other methods" to locate the order. My question is: if there were other methods available, why was I sent outside to spend several minutes looking for the ticket in the first place? The second issue was even more concerning to me. I have previously explained to the employee that I am genuinely afraid of dogs. I have even shared that I was bitten in the face by a dog and showed her the scar. I understand that the dog is usually kept inside and does not typically come out, but today the dog did come out while I was in the store. I immediately became uncomfortable and left the store. I was then told that they could simply serve me from the door. As a customer, that statement was extremely disappointing and made me feel as though my business was no longer wanted. I was also there to drop off additional clothing, but after that interaction, I took my clothes and left. I believe customers should be treated with patience, respect, and consideration--especially returning customers who have already communicated a legitimate concern. There were several opportunities today to handle this situation differently, and unfortunately, the way it was handled left me feeling very unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
