When I got it back, the backing had shrunk significantly, the top had not, leaving lots of extra fabric on the top that will no longer lie flat. I spoke with the owner (same owner as Nor du Lac cleaners on 21), he said sometimes that happens, "you just have to swallow it"! He would do nothing for me, not even refund the $49.99 cleaning charge, even though the spread is essentially ruined.
