As a veteran myself, I find this lack of professionalism and basic respect for a customer's needs, particularly on such a somber occasion, unacceptable. The cleaning is done on site, which allows them to do your items quickly. This is very convenient when you get your suit back from the tailor and need it cleaned before your event the next day (I like to procrastinate). The employees are very friendly and professional. They also are very quick, which is especially important considering the volume this place has. Because they do a good job, and are cheap, the place can get packed. I would highly recommend this place for cheap, quick and effective cleaning.
