They were extremely responsive and informative and over email explained the pricing and process and were very open to what I wanted the final product to look like. I dropped the hoodie off on a Tuesday, and told it would be finished by Friday-- it was done the next day! They were very nice and patient even when I wanted to change thread colors around. Huge mistake, this business is so NOT professional at all! I got a call from NOCCA saying the prints were all off on the edges and too low resolution. So I contacted their front desk guy Jarrod and he said he will issue a refund. Then I go there and he changed his mind. They will be hearing from the NOCCA Riverfront attorneys.
