When I first walked up, I was getting worried because no one greeted me. I stood at the counter, and after a few minutes of waiting, they started coming up to ask if I needed help. I realized they were just super busy. being helpful to the customers already there. I'm so thankful to the staff as they gave their opinions on matching the new "aloe green" scrubs my work was switching to. Although they didn't have that color in the store, they showed me the catalog, looked it up online, and gave me opinions on the shade. I also wanted scrubs and a polo that they didn't have the exact ones in stock, but they pulled similar items for me to try on. Very helpful in making my purchase decisions! Overall, I love it when you shop, and the employees are knowledgeable about what they sell as they were here. I feel confident with my purchases and will update if needed when I pick up what I ordered in two weeks. They tend to be a top favorite amongst employers who send their logos here for monogramming. He was RUDE. So rude. Should not be answering the phone at all! He kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation. But It wasn't until the last 2 mins of the conversation that Regina said she was sorry and misplaced the receipt which said I never received said item. If my job requires that I get my uniform here in the future, I'd rather quit than go back. Horrible people that left me shaking and crying by the time they hung up.
