Keys is my go-to spot for embroidery and custom items…read more Over the last year and a half, I have had a bunch of stuff done here. here are a few things and the outcome: Custom logo design - Great work and they made exactly what I wanted. I think it cost about $65. Embroider logo onto polo shirt - They did exactly what I wanted and the cost was around $10 per shirt. Embroider logo on button-up shirt - They did exactly what I wanted and the cost was also around $10. Ordered a bunch of polo shirts from them with custom embroidery - This made my team very happy. I don't remember the exact cost because we ordered a bunch but it was very reasonable per item. If you need custom-printed items, Keys should be where you go.

Never EVER EVER take your clothes to this dry cleaner…read more I took 2 dresses--one a boutique dress that isn't made anymore and an Ann Taylor Loft dress from last spring--to this cleaner on Tuesday, July 12, 2011. I was told my dresses would be ready by 5pm the following day. I didn't get a chance to pick them up until 3pm Friday, July 15, 2011. When I got there with my ticket, the woman said that my dresses weren't there but she remembers seeing them (not that I'm sure she knew what they looked like). She said she would call other customers whose tickets were those days to see if anyone would return them. I went back at 6:15pm that same day to ask to speak to the manager, and the place was closed. Their hours said 6:30pm. Saturday they are supposed to be open from 9-1. I called at 11am and no one answered the phone. No one called me back to let me know what the status was on the dresses either. Monday, July 18, 2011 I called back. I was told I needed to bring in printed copies of my dresses with the value. Since these dresses are no longer made, I had to pull something similar offline, even though I told them that these dresses can no longer be purchased. The manager didn't call me back until 6:15pm and began asking me questions about when I bought these irreplaceable dresses. He told me that they would get back with me in 48 hours to resolve my issue and that I would have to take a depreciated price for my dresses. I told them that I can't buy near replacements at a depreciated price so why should I take a depreciated price, especially when I didn't voluntarily sell my dresses. Needless to say they are not cooperating and I am having to get a lawyer involved. Never EVER take your things to this place, because they clearly don't care about customer service or your items. I have never had this happen anywhere that I've lived and been treated like I am trying to scam them.

Everything looked clean and pressed nicely. I had to leave and pop over to the Chase bank to get cash because they only take cash or check, which I didn't realize. I had met with Print & Copy's owner and liked his manner. He impressed me as knowledgeable and very confident in his staff. I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! Thanks Scott and crew for our beautiful push cards. They were a big hit with our sales people and the folks at the trade show!
