I think it cost about $65. Embroider logo onto polo shirt - They did exactly what I wanted and the cost was around $10 per shirt. Embroider logo on button-up shirt - They did exactly what I wanted and the cost was also around $10. Ordered a bunch of polo shirts from them with custom embroidery - This made my team very happy. I don't remember the exact cost because we ordered a bunch but it was very reasonable per item. If you need custom-printed items, Keys should be where you go.

This one is clearly their business, dispite the typo, because both the phone and address information are correct. If not for personal connections the owner, Dan, has with Collegate football, this likely would not be a feasible business at all. I was an overqualified canidate that had the unfortunate luck to be a approached by a recruiter for a job here under false pretenses. Their file management and cyber security will result in a lawsuit one day, and the owner told me to leave before I could even give them the professional warning. This idiot and his entire family followed me out of the building for a screaming match, after I had already made it very clear that I did not respect them or the careless of their workplace. They showed several red flags of an exploitive company from out of the gate, and appeared to take massive advantage of inexperienced designers and free interns from the local design college. They want you desperate to work for them, and they want you work you far below fair market value. In fact in the interview process, the owners ONLY concern was how little he could pay me. The day after I left, I accepted a remote offer for $21 an hour. (Just to emphasize their bogus assessment of my professional worth) New Graphic Designers should beware this position, and your talents would honestly be wasted at Bayou Apparel* which is the proper name of the business anyway.

We used this company for invitations/save the dates/cups etc. for my wedding coming up in May. At first I thought they were just very busy and we had a lot of time to get things going so we were very understanding. But as the process went on I think it's more of an internal organization issue. I would have to follow up excessively to receive proofs, the quality of the proofs were hit or miss, my expectation was that they were the experts in wording/stationary choices but I found myself having to request more formal wording for my black tie wedding invites... I understand mistakes happen but it was the amount of mistakes and lack of care to fix them that really drove me away from this business. The following are my main issues: The proofing process was not stream lined, edits would be left off, not a timely process. Unprofessional. No system for quality checks - wrong quantity ordered/wrong color ordered Not timely - the dates and times you would need your order were treated more like guidelines. I understand delays happen but when you pay extra for a rush order and it comes in on time but they just didn't take the time to stuff them... it feels like your order is not important. To add insult to injury, when they were completed, they did not take the time to call promptly, I had to call to check in and at that point I was told they were completely earlier. Again, I don't expect perfection but when you're paying upwards of $6000 for all of your wedding stationary/cups/etc. the expectation is for quality service/products. Once we went to pick up the order there was no time to make the order right so we are unable to use the invitations for detail pictures for the wedding as they are a completely different color than was requested. There was no time to get them reprinted before the RSVP date and it just made me very upset as the invitations were really important to me. When my mom called to try and remedy the situation we were told that the best they can do is give us 25% off and some free napkins... Respectfully, we just wanted them listen to our concerns and make things right, without cutting us off and speaking over us, as the order was not what was agreed upon. They just showed a complete lack of care. After trying to work with this business for last few months, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
