Ordered 100 personalized thank you cards with return address on the envelopes. Received the thank you cards but no return address on the envelopes. Never corrected the error and paid $140.00 for this incomplete order. Continuesously lied to be about the envelopes being mailed. Well NEVER order from this business again! This store is incredibly cute and in a great part of town so I assumed that the service and quality would be comparable. We used this company for invitations/save the dates/cups etc. for my wedding coming up in May. At first I thought they were just very busy and we had a lot of time to get things going so we were very understanding. But as the process went on I think it's more of an internal organization issue. I would have to follow up excessively to receive proofs, the quality of the proofs were hit or miss, my expectation was that they were the experts in wording/stationary choices but I found myself having to request more formal wording for my black tie wedding invites... I understand mistakes happen but it was the amount of mistakes and lack of care to fix them that really drove me away from this business. The following are my main issues: The proofing process was not stream lined, edits would be left off, not a timely process. Unprofessional. No system for quality checks - wrong quantity ordered/wrong color ordered Not timely - the dates and times you would need your order were treated more like guidelines. I understand delays happen but when you pay extra for a rush order and it comes in on time but they just didn't take the time to stuff them... it feels like your order is not important. To add insult to injury, when they were completed, they did not take the time to call promptly, I had to call to check in and at that point I was told they were completely earlier. Again, I don't expect perfection but when you're paying upwards of $6000 for all of your wedding stationary/cups/etc. the expectation is for quality service/products. Once we went to pick up the order there was no time to make the order right so we are unable to use the invitations for detail pictures for the wedding as they are a completely different color than was requested. There was no time to get them reprinted before the RSVP date and it just made me very upset as the invitations were really important to me. When my mom called to try and remedy the situation we were told that the best they can do is give us 25% off and some free napkins... Respectfully, we just wanted them listen to our concerns and make things right, without cutting us off and speaking over us, as the order was not what was agreed upon. They just showed a complete lack of care. After trying to work with this business for last few months, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

If it wasn't for the repeated mistakes they made on my order, and someone else's order I know they messed up, they would be getting 5 stars. The store itself is incredibly cute. I love everything they carry. If I was a big party planner, I would be in heaven with their selections of invitations. One employee didn't know how to spell a store that was located in the same shopping complex as them to put on the invitation on the registry part of my invitation. She also knew nothing about how to phrase anything. I basically had to come up with it all by myself. After that, I was emailed a template to enter all my addresses in. I spell checked and everything. When I picked up the final print outs, things were incorrect. Also, I was never called to be told that they were ready for pick up. Glad I called! Hope they get things more organized soon. read more

Do not waste your time. Terrible experience. Rude and slow service. Did not complete the proof when they said they would. Called and left a message. No response. Called and was put on hold then hung up on. Called back and finally spoke to someone who told me they did not accomplished anything on my order. Waste of my time. Canceled my order and now using a more professional place. Store is a cute place. If you don't have to special order something then it might not be bad. But I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemy. read more

Wow! The quality of the Service is unbeatable. One day I needed a last-minute gift and wanted it to be personal. I was able to walk into this store, pick out stationary and have it personalized. I procrastinated big time and needed it within the next two days.... Well!!!Guess what? I got it within the hour! It could not of looked more professional nor been more personal. The prices were extremely fair to the point that I actually felt guilty.... And that's a first. Ha... This company took a huge weight off my shoulders and I truly appreciate it. read more

Paper N Things was recommended by a co-worker who I've known for more than 20 years. When I walked in I was offered assistance with our wedding invitations - this being my first time to order wedding invitations, I welcomed any assistance even though I had a complete printed sample of what I wanted- However, the assistance turned to everything I wished for was told in a rude way, that wasn't what I should do. Even convenience me to removed some names from the invitation. We finally agreed on wording (should I say I finally gave in to what they wanted).. I paid for a proof - the proof was to take 3 days. These 3 days we emailed back and forth with everything I wanted not being done... finally on day 7 I called and the owner was quite annoyed and gave me a big sig. I waiting another two days for my emailed proof, it was never sent. They stopped responding to my emails - I had to drive to the store and request my final proof to which they finally did an d gave to me while I waited in the store -- Finally the order was placed -- I was promised a two week turn around... After 2 1/2 weeks I called -- they said my invitations would be another week and could not give me reason... Finally two weeks later I called, my invitations were ready... When I went to the store, the clerk who assisted my almost couldn't look at me while they were helping me. I asked if they owned the store to which he said no... I looked at him said, Ok, well I must say my experience has not been good -- just by his body language I could tell he agreed with me but couldn't say a word. I'm really displease in the matter in which the entire process was handled and don't plan on being back and surly won't recommend them. read more

at first I thought I had found the right place. chris was a great help with our order. we placed the order and got the proof and was told how long it would take. waited about 3 weeks and called to see where the order was and they didn't know. we will call you back. not!! had to call again and again. finally found out that one of the ladys that looked out our order when it came in said it wasn't right and sent it back to be fixed. semi-formal was semi formal. that close the being 6 weeks away from the wedding and she sends them back without asking our option. finally came in and was having addresses printed on them at the shop, well they couldn't start until a week later. it turned into one thing after another. they stamped and finally got them out and people started telling me how the front of the envelope was streaked and the paper on the inside was folded or messed up. keep people informed through out the whole process, not just do things with out asking. let us know when there is a problem. read more
