I just fell in love with this store!…read more I am a Houstonian. The store recently had a booth at our annual holiday market in Houston - The Nutcracker Market. I vowed that next time I was in Baton Rouge I'd have to visit the real deal! And I didn't break my promise to myself! I was in for such a treat! I didn't buy much but I could spend hours and hours in the store browsing their many rooms. What doesn't this store offer??? It's a wonderland of fun for ladies! You can find gifts for yourself or loved ones ranging from clothes, jewelry, houseware, lotions, purses, jewelry bags, mugs, wedding gifts, candles, LSU attire, blankets, children's clothing holiday items (depending on th holiday - as they were switching out their Christmas inventory to Mardi Gras). I'm telling you - rooms and rooms of countless option of any occasion! The employees were very helpful and answered a few questions I had about their jewelry. Mind you, a lot of their stuff is made in China (what isn't these days). Just be a smart consumer on what you are purchasing. I wish I had had more time to spend at the store, as I was visiting a friend and we were on limited time. Definitely a worthwhile place to just check out and window shop! You won't be disappointed!

Randi responded and suggested my daughter shops at Goodwill and thanks for giving her greatly appreciated and not asked for opinion. Signed Randi :) . This left me with the impression that customer input is not valued and that concerns are met with sarcasm rather than professionalism. As much money I spend there, I felt applaud and very hurt. Yes, I shop at Goodwill and Neiman Marcus and my daughter can too! The passive aggressiveness and professionalism has lost them a customer.

It is very rare that I buy clothes full price. Each time I come here, they always have some new items on clearance. Their customer service is quite stellar, too! If you love accessories to match with your clothes, you can probably find something to match your outfits from here. I actually really like that they've moved to Perkins Rowe just because I prefer shopping in this area over going to the mall area. Their clothing designs are colorful and fun + very high-quality. The shopping bag and tissue paper stuffing I got was even scented, which I believe you can purchase those scents in-store, too. This is probably my favorite retail shop at Perkins Rowe. I'll be back again and again.

The owner, Tina, was recording a live video when I entered, so another employee helped me. Both then helped pull items I found online and bring extras to the dressing room for me. Needless to say, I had so much fun trying on all the cute stuff. I told Tina my goal was to find cute LSU clothes to wear to the LSU game at Ole Miss, and Nola Rouge came to my rescue! So many adorable items to choose from! Nola Rouge has been open in Beauregard Town close to downtown Baton Rouge since shortly before the COVID pandemic began in 2020. Their social media presence certainly helps them stand out. They are only open about 10-2, so make sure to call first as Tina mentioned several times that she often gets there early or stays a little later to help out customers. Such great service!! And the prices are on point too. I love sales, and they certainly offer quite a bit. So check out Nola Rouge on social media, get their super user friendly app to shop, or go in person to try on all the adorable options! I love supporting local, and you can't get more Louisiana local than a NOLA born now Baton Rouge business owner.

I want to say this review is based on the owner or manager's very RUDE SELF!!!…read moreI was curious about the wigs due to the fact that I've never wore one. I've known many people through out my life that swear by how easy and wonderful wigs actually are. You can put a wig on and be ready to go anywhere. I mean goodness gracious just look at Dolly Parton and her wigs. My mother had many and she loved them and had them styled so many different ways. Ok enough about that. I saw this place today and decided to go check it out. I got inside and they had hats and dressy outfits and wigs that's what they sell and that's it. I was looking at all the wigs when I saw a sign that said if you wish to try any of the wigs on you. It's first purchase a cap to put over your hair so I told the lady I needed to buy one because I wanted to try a few on because I had absolutely no idea what kind I wanted or even if I would end up with one but I was very seriously wanting one. So I paid her for it then chose a couple wigs to try on and she wasn't friendly or helpful in any way and then when I tried on my 4 th wig she told me that's you limit ! You see sign it says 3 wigs is the limit ! Anyway hmmm I hadn't even almost decided which one I wanted but she just kept being rude so I guess she's only interested in making the $1 for the try on cap..... I left and will never return !!!!
