Believe me when I say it is so difficult to find a quality SCL sales rep like her who makes every effort and more to take care of her clients. Subtracting 2 stars because the assistant manager, Amanda, did not remember me or my inquiry. I called and spoke with her the other week letting her know I would be in town in January and asking if Ellen would be available while I'm there. She had no idea what I was talking about after I called to follow up with her today. Very confusing. The NOLA store also doesn't respond to emails at all. I've emailed twice and gotten no response to my inquiries. Annoying. Keshun, the old store manager, was very unprofessional, but thankfully is no longer with Stoney Clover Lane. :)
