Driving the suit home I will post more later.

Right before the pandemic my husband purchased a suit. What they have good is correct is the service. They are kind and listen to your needs and what you want. You pick out every aspect of your suit from the button to the zippers, the collar, the lining, the pockets etc. You can even get an a logo embroidered inside your jacket or your name. Expect at least a 30 minute fitting. Our suit came up to about $2500. It also included two custom shirts. Loved all the details especially about selecting the fabric and all the other great things. The suit was not delivered on time. And when it was delivered the sizing was off and it we had to send it back. I will not discourage you from shopping here because I actually like speaking with the staff there and the experience but I think the suits are overpriced. Quality of the suits cannot compare to some other less expensive suits in my husbands closet. You pay for the experience and your ability to customize.

I own several suits from Luca Falcone, not only are they of the highest quality but also fit only the way made to measure suits can. They have held up through constant use through the years and look as amazing as the day they were custom made for me. Joe, the owner, has always made himself available to answer my every question and has bent over backwards to get me my suits done in time and to perfection. The best part about it all is that he charges about half what you would pay for a similar quality off the rack. Before discovering Luca Falcone I had bought several Ermegenildo Zegna, Carolina Herrera, and Armani suits, then had them tailored to fit me better. I can honestly say that what you'll get from Joe is not only comparable in quality of construction, but will also fit you better and make you look amazing. The latest suit that I bought from Luca was the tux I wore for my wedding, and I would not have trusted anyone else to make it for me. I danced all night and had the time of my life, comfortable and looking amazing. If you want to look your best, Luca Falcone is the only way to go. The fact that you'll save a bunch by going here is merely the icing on the cake. Could not recommend any more highly

No detail is missed at Luca Falcone. The store's consistency is the reason I drive to New Orleans from Baton Rouge for all of my clothing needs. The drive isn't necessary because they have my measurements (I have called to order shirts before and the process was quick and correct); I go to the store because of the expert service. The small subtleties that make each Luca Falcone piece unique don't happen by chance. Luca Falcone has an almost unlimited amount of options--there's a lot to consider--but the guidance you're given in the store makes the decisions you have to make uncomplicated, and undeniably fun. The collaboration always ends with an incredible piece of clothing. Once you get a suit from this store, it isn't likely that you'll ever get one anywhere else.

This place is great! Guys, if you are unhappy with the fit of your off the rack suits, this is the place to go. I have issues with off the rack suits. I have an athletic build, broad shoulders, small waist and larger thighs. My shoulders are two sizes bigger than my jacket waist and my pants need a lower waist band and tapering, since I have strong thighs. The store on magazine street is amazing. Everyone there is helpful and the service is excellent. There is a variety of materials and linings to choose from. The jackets are half canvassed, but drape just as well as full canvas suiting. In New Orleans, it maybe too hot to wear a full canvassed suit. Rye, Vashon, Sonny and Tony were excellent to work with. I was getting ready for my wedding and realized I needed a better fitting suit as well as a tuxedo that fit me perfect. For my suit, which I wore for my rehearsal dinner, was a navy birds eye suit with custom lining. Vashon did my initial sizing. They take over 30 measurements and create a custom paper for you for your suit. The suit takes about 3 weeks to make. You come in for the first fitting and Rye and Tony look to see how the suit fits. After my first fitting, I was a little worried since the suit needed alterations. I have a shoulder that sits lower and the shoulder width needed to be reduced. I have broad shoulders, so the shoulders needed some shaping. We are talking bespoke type shaping. Rye and Tony assured me the alterations were minor. I came in for my second fitting and the suit fit very well. I am very particular on my fit and asked for a some slight adjustments to my pants. My third fitting was perfect! I couldn't be happier. My suit turned out amazing and I received many compliments on it. For my tuxedo, I decided to try a place in New York that came highly recommended from style forum. The place in NYC sends you a suit and you take pictures and send hem back. I got my tuxedo and it fit awful. At this point, I was stressed out since I was only one month out from my wedding. I went back to Luca Falcone and saw Rye. He said, since they updated my paper with the alterations from my suit, they could hit my need date with no issues. Rye also made me a custom shirt for my tuxedo. My tuxedo came in a week before my wedding, in time to make a few minor alterations. The tuxedo came out perfect! I felt and looked great! Guys, why should your fiancé be the only one to stand out and look great on the wedding day? Get a custom fit! My tuxedo was midnight blue with a custom shawl. My groomsmen wore black tuxedoes and the slight differences made a nice contrast against them. I have learned quite a bit about suiting since visiting Luca Falcone. Please, do not do online made to measure suiting. My suit with indochino is on it's 3rd remake. The remake process is a hassle. The place in New York is making a different suit for me, since they blew my need date. I actually took time away from my honeymoon to get measured in NYC and my fingers are crossed to see if the suit fits. I also had a chance to see some fellow suits at my tailor. He showed me their deficiencies. They don't have a store front, so that turned me off with them as well. But, I know some folks like them. I haven't tried them personally. In summary, after all the hassle and research I have gone through, I believe the service, suiting options and for can't be beat at Luca Falcone.

    Terrible craftsmanship.

The tracking never moved, and when I contacted the company they couldn't even confirm whether the package was actually shipped or ever picked up by the carrier. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the post office and said the package was lost. However, the post office advised me to verify if the seller had physically mailed the item at all -- something the company was unable to prove. It seems like a shipping label may have been created without the item ever being handed over. No clear answers, no proof of shipment, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn't have to do the investigation themselves after paying for an order. Very disappointing experience and I would be cautious ordering from them.

However, none of that matters if the selection of product doesn't pan out but here it does: they have a great selection of recent sneaker releases and clothing, too. I bought a pair of camo mesh shorts by their own Politics label which are well-made and hype. Their location in the French Quarter is also superb. I highly recommend checking them out.

They had a great assortment from Good American and Madewell, with a good range of sizes and styles to choose from. So yay because I needed a pair of jeans because the weather was much cooler than I'd packed for. The dress section, however, felt a bit repetitive. Lots of the same styles, so not a ton of variety there. One thing that really stood out was the shoe section, especially if you're a size 10. There was a very large selection, which isn't always easy to find. Overall, a solid stop if you're looking for quality denim and shoes, but also know that it's Nordstrom Rack so options will always vary.

They say, it's 60% off today. If you say, sure. I'll join as long as there's no charge. They say there's no charge, then they start signing you up for a credit card. We got pulled in by the window set ups and sleek looking interior...and the promise of cool athletic gear was a bonus. The store is a boutique style spot with a focus on athletic goods from shoes, shirts, bottoms, hats and accessories. They have several name brands, but also feature a few smaller brands specific to the style of clothing. Pricing ranged. I feel compelled to share this experience, not out of malice, but out of disappointment and a deep…read moresense of frustration. As someone who not only spends a considerable amount of money at local businesses but also takes pride in supporting establishments within our community, I walked into this place expecting even the most basic level of respect. What I received was the complete opposite. Upon entering the establishment, I approached the owner directly and greeted him, trying to initiate a respectful, face-to-face interaction. To my surprise, and honestly my disbelief, he never looked up, never responded, and never acknowledged me at all -- as if I wasn't even standing there. There was no excuse, no distraction, no crowd, no reason not to extend a simple courtesy like eye contact or a greeting. This wasn't just bad customer service -- it was flat-out disrespect. What made the situation even more unsettling is that his own staff, who were standing nearby, were the only ones who showed any kind of professionalism. One of them looked over and said, "Good evening." That moment spoke volumes. If your team has to pick up the slack for your lack of basic human decency, something is seriously wrong with how your business is being run. I've come here before and spent real money -- not just once, but many times -- because I believed in putting my dollars into businesses that represent our city, our people, and our culture. But it's hard to continue supporting a place when the owner himself can't even show an ounce of gratitude or humility to the very customers who keep his doors open. Being a community-based business means something. It means showing love back to the people who show love to you. It means engaging, being present, and understanding that your energy and attitude affect every single person who walks through your doors. When you show your true colors -- especially to someone who's supported you without asking for anything in return -- people take notice. To anyone considering doing business here, I strongly advise you to think twice. It's one thing to have an off day, but it's another to make someone feel unseen, unappreciated, and unwelcome -- especially when they come with respect. I won't be back, and I won't recommend this place to anyone in my network until the ownership learns what true customer service -- and community care -- really looks like.
