Another check in the "this is weird" box. They lack the most important component of a small business (or any business): customer service. I was quickly told I needed an appointment, even though there's a big sign right on their front door that says no appointment needed. What made it worse was that all the employees looked like they were around 16 years old and had zero customer service skills. No one greeted me with a smile, asked if I needed help, or tried to explain the situation kindly. After being turned away, I checked online and found out that it costs $50 just to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses. Between the misleading signage, the lack of professionalism, and the poor service, this was a really disappointing experience, especially when planning something as meaningful as a wedding. I would not recommend this shop. As a business owner, turning someone away is something I would never do. When you have clients you always make time or at least treat them with respect at the least.
