Went in to grab some shirts for father in law. Michael was extremely helpful and nice. Even went to the back to grab extra shirts that were similar and on clearance so I bought even more. Not sure what all the bad reviews are from this place is actually very fair priced and the people were kind so must be under new management. read more

I would give a zero if I could. The store was empty and we had the worst customer care I've ever experienced. One person started helping us, he disappeared and then someone came who was clearly not interested in helping. She the disappeared and then we couldn't get anyone to continue helping. The prices are astronomical and the customer service is deplorable. Don't waste your time. Such a shame since it was such a nice store with great customer service and well priced items. They absolutely were NOT interested in our business and made it abundantly clear. read more

I have been a customer at Jos A Bank for nearly 20 years. I have shopped at this chain across the country. This location is the exception. The sales staff are unmotivated, act as if they are too busy to assist, and one barely speaks. What a huge disservice. I was prepared to buy a couple of new suits but will go to a different location near my home. read more

Went in to hit their buy one get 3 sale. Lack of personal attention is an understatement. Very disappointed. They didn't "think" they could fit my tall son-in-law, so they just quit and walked away. I have never seen store attendants try sooooo little. Very little selection, too. I'd been warned to stay away by a friend - should have listened. Don't waste your time. read more

My fiancé and I just went in this store with a bridesmaids dress in hand, intending to color match a suit for the groomsmen in our wedding. There were three employees on the floor when we walked in and not one greeted us. We proceeded to the coat section and began laying out suits on the tables for color comparison. I very loudly commented that it was odd that no one bothered to ask us if we needed assistance. Shortly after, a very unkempt young man came out from the back and asked. Once we explained our needs for a suit that comes in slim and tailored, he responded, "look online and come back with an item number because everything is so scattered". The store is around 2000 square feet, there were three employees present, it was 2.5 hours before closing and we were the only customers. Needless to say we walked straight out and will not be giving them our business. read more

Took an hour and a half for two assistants to fit my husband with a tux. He was the only customer in the store. Unacceptable.
