Bear followed us around the store showing us his favorite things - which as you may have guessed by his name, it was all Crimson Tide gear! Bear was so pleasant and his owner was just as kind. Very very helpful. If he doesn't own the store, he sure treats it like his own which is everything you'd want in an employee. I ended up buying some new gear for my dad for Father's Day. A hat and a shirt ran me about $80. I thought that was steep but unless there's a coupon or sale offered online, you'll pay the same. We'd also like to support small businesses anyways so this was a no brainer purchase. Great variety and many things I've never seen before that I'd love to have. I'll definitely make sure to visit The Vault for my game day apparel next time I'm in Mobile.

Clothes were falling off of the racks. Clothes were piled up in different places on the floor. Jeans and shorts were just scattered on tables, not folded or in any particular order. They seemed to be severely short staffed, which probably contributed to these issues, because on the sales floor, I only saw two workers. There was only one cashier and the line was very long. My husband stood in line for over 15 minutes. The poor cashier was doing her absolute best to move customers along quickly, but there were piles of clothes and boxes on the ground behind her and she nearly tripped over them several times. I would think she would be stressed out, but she seemed calm and friendly regardless. If every day is like it was today, I would probably just shop online than deal with that disaster. It was Black-Friday level mess.

Old Navy = good deals in a messy setting…read more I find most Old Navy stores to be the same and this was no exception. We were leaving on a cruise and needed flip flops. On a Saturday in July, the store was messy and people were everywhere. There was a long line but it moved quickly. I find the clothes and shoes to not last as long as I want though. If you have time to dig through the racks and to stand in line, this is a good store to find bargains. This isn't my first choice though for clothes shopping but is good in a pinch.
