Friendly and helpful staff and always get the fit right. If you take the time to work with them and provide accurate measurements you will will not have any problems. I always recommend to out of town guests for Mardi Gras Balls because they are close to downtown and a pleasure to work with. read more

The worst part of our wedding. Every person was sized and came in ahead of time. 95% of suits were not correctly sized with at least three unable to fix. Says it was supposed to come from a shop special order. I guess them checking to make sure said order was right when it arrived was too much. read more

I would give a zero if I could. The store was empty and we had the worst customer care I've ever…read moreexperienced. One person started helping us, he disappeared and then someone came who was clearly not interested in helping. She the disappeared and then we couldn't get anyone to continue helping. The prices are astronomical and the customer service is deplorable. Don't waste your time. Such a shame since it was such a nice store with great customer service and well priced items. They absolutely were NOT interested in our business and made it abundantly clear.
