Charlie the sales person was very helpful. However when it came time to check out, the cashier was clueless, told us they could stretch boots on site but had to purchase first. So we did. During check out seems that the manager of the store had an attitude and demanded we had to purchase leather conditioner, and which we denied because it had no price on them. Came time to stretch and no one knew what to do...asked us to fill out a form and we asked for what, then we find out we would have to leave the boots to get them stretched and come back to get them, VERY MISLEADING!
