‼Future Employees‼ I am aware that most people only do a quick google or yelp look up when seeking employment so I'm choosing to place this here as well as on indeed and Glassdoor. Management will "retaliate" after employees take time off. Management will stalk you on social media. Management has taken to intimidation and or manipulation to have employees take on additional responsibilities (like key holder). NO opportunity to promote. Will NOT give a raise unless endlessly pestered into it and will belittle and guilt employees during negotiations for said raise. If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work. read more

Went to buy a pair of new shoes and a worker helped me with them. She said her manager had a pair and that she loved them. They were the WORST shoes I have ever put on my feet. Trying them on in the store she said they were supposed to feel snug and to break them in. I had bruises on the top of my feet after taking them home and trying to break them in by walking around my house for a few hours. Tried to return them (I had the receipt and it said "returns within 30 days with receipt only.") and a rude worker first tells me that they weren't doing returns because of COVID. Maybe you guys should put that on the receipt then? Or tell customers? Anyways, she says she might be able to take them back but when she opened the box she had the most unpleasant face and tone of voice. "Yeah, we ain't taking these. You done worn these we can't take em." And closed the box. Of course I wore the shoes to break them in isn't that what they're for? They were not in bad condition whatsoever. I will never be back at this store and I wasted $150 on a pair of shoes that a girl recommended just to sell a product. read more

Have to get my scrubs here due to my work uses them. Every time I've came they have gotten something wrong with my order and everyone of my coworkers. Expected 2 week turnaround is really about 2 months or longer. Have sent the wrong sizes back/ spelled names wrong on certain scrub tops. Associates say things to deter business, straight told me that if I was to bring a top in to be sent off for monogramming that was purchased elsewhere that it would be lost. Wouldn't send off a specific top that was in the store that I had my hands on to be monogrammed due to it being "on back order and would get lost if they shipped it from the store". read more

Lucky for me, I am able to wear scrub pants to work. Unlucky for me, the pairs I had bought previously from another store wore out quite quickly. I found Uniforms By Bayou on the internet and remembered we had one here in Mobile. I drove over this morning and was greeted by a very pleasant lady. She asked me what I was looking for, Size, and Color. She walked over, picked some out for me and I chose the ones I wanted. Very nice, very professional. I will certainly be back. One star was taken for the price. $26 for one pair of scrubs is a bit much, but I was desperate to find some before work tonight. read more

Great inventory but bad customer service. Went in to buy a lab coat and have engraved. Initially given wrong information regarding length of engraving time until I probed further. Staff seem to be pre occupied and I felt I was a bother. I reluctantly bought the unengraved lab coat due to immediate need but will buy stethoscope, scrubs, shoes and additional supplies at different establishment. read more

I called to order 3 lab coats for my doctor and had a long conversation with the sales associate about the length of the lab coat that I needed.I was assured that she understood that I was looking for a short lab coat and she placed the order. When I arrived to pick up the lab coats they were wrapped in plastic and I did not see the length. After taking the lab coats to get them embroidered I noticed that the coats were the wrong size! EXTREMELY LONG! I trusted the sales associate and I shouldn't have. NEVER leave the store without inspecting your order even if its handed to you wrapped up in plastic. Very upset, closed my account and will never be back in this store!!! read more
