Management will "retaliate" after employees take time off. Management will stalk you on social media. Management has taken to intimidation and or manipulation to have employees take on additional responsibilities (like key holder). NO opportunity to promote. Will NOT give a raise unless endlessly pestered into it and will belittle and guilt employees during negotiations for said raise. If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work.

Came in today for some black and/or khaki pants (spoiler alert: I got both!) for a potential job…read more As soon as I stepped foot in the store, an associate asked me if I was shopping for anything in particular today, and showed me where I could find the pants I needed. I got my sizes and went to browse for other things since I was there, and the associate asked if I'd like him to start a dressing room for me so I didn't have to carry around the pants. I went on to the room to try them on, and he put us in the big handicap room since we had the stroller. I appreciated that, since usually people make me leave the stroller outside, which results in me having to get my daughter, my purse, and my other bags out and take them into the room with me because let's face it, some people steal. After trying on the pants, I decided on the ones I wanted and headed to the checkout counter. The associate informed me that everything was boy one, get one half off, so I grabbed another pair real quick while he played with my daughter and talked about the PEZ candy dispensers there on the counter. Overall, great experience, as usual. My trips to AE are never disappointing.

Really are y'all really not gonna try to assist???? Cool this is why I prefer to do online shopping. At least I will not get ignored and get the worst shopping experience!!!! Asked and Kay is the manager but I believe she was one of the ladies in the store.
