If I could give it a 0, I would!! Terrible customer service. I went in to ask for a specific T-shirt. The employee at the front was nice but new, so she asked someone from the back to help me. The woman who came out was incredibly rude and acted annoyed that she even had to come out and do her job. Her customer service skills need serious work. I won't be going back. I love this place! I have multiple kids in private school, so needless to say, I've been shopping here for years. I should have made this review long before now but today they have gone above beyond for my son and I. They close today at 5pm and I literally walked in 23mins before closing because my son's chapel shirts that we purchased for the school year fits him but the neck is a little uncomfortable (this he tells me the day before chapel) so I run out here to get at least one shirt for tomorrow. I get here and they are the same welcoming and helpful as always but no shirts in the size we need with the school's required logo on it I should've asked her name but I didn't (I will next time) but the sweetest most helpful young lady ever took one of the plain Oxford shirts to the back and had it monogrammed on the spot; a service that usually take at least 5 business days!! No extra charge, no bad attitude for the inconvenience so close to closing time, just a genuinely nice person amongst a group of nice people, providing outstanding customer service for a customer in need. read more

Beware of return policy that is not presented... If you have to pre-order uniforms for your school and they do not fit, don't wait to try on. They have a 15 day policy, IF you get a receipt, MAYBE it says it, but I'm not sure because I did not receive one. The owner, Jim Wishon, an arrogant man, states you should be able to read the signs in the mist of an overload pick up time with every other parent picking up their uniforms... Un-used, tags still present, heck still in the bag they gave to us at pick up, but NO money back, store-credit only... read more
