My daughter did not see the no food or drink sign (she just started reading, so idk if she would have understood). When I saw her try to take a bite of the popcorn, I immediately reprimanded her and told her to put it away, as she was trying to close the bag shut, she accidentally spilled a handful on the floor. I was very upset and told her she was to pick each and every piece without leaving a trace. The lady that came down the stairs didn't even formally greet us. She basically asked, "What are you looking for? What is she doing?" And walked straight to my daughter. When she saw the few cornels left, she kicked us out of the store. Now, I have held many jobs where I have had to ask customers to follow the rules, and never once have I had to be rude to anyone while doing it. This lady simply flipped out hands in the air "thats food you need to leave right now! Leave it there just leave. " Of course, I did not leave it there. We finished picking up, no trace left. The lady didn't even know where to vacuum as she headed to where she had dropped them. No other words were uttered, just a face of disgust as she continued to vacuum in the general direction of where we had been. Whats sad is that they truly have some things I would have loved to purchase, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

For me, the service here is invaluable. You're going to pay higher prices here, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I shopped the firearms counter during our visit as well. The staff was also friendly and quite knowledgeable. They answered every question that I had across an array of types of arms. As a retired military and law enforcement weapons trainer, it's refreshing to talk to gun counter staff that actually know the products. I cannot recommend enough, they are a Mobile staple and must visit.

Making a very long story short- I dropped a bag off and asked for a certain font and color to be put on a book bag. The order form said exactly what I wanted. The store owner called and confirmed my order. She then lost the order form and did what she thought looks good. Unfortunately that's not what I asked her to do and she has tried several times to make me feel bad because she likes the font color and size that she put on the bag and said I'm being unreasonable and shouldn't make her feel bad. If she would have completed the order as asked there wouldn't even be a problem. She said she would order a new bag and redo the order. Weeks go by and I check in each week asking if she received the bag; she finally says she has it but she's not putting anything on it. So she messed up the bag I bought and now I'll have to order another bag to replace the one she messed up because now my son hates his bag.
