Response: The subject line in your email says "for printing please". ...we need to know what type of paper, what size, and how many please. The file you sent to us is 11.46 inches by 8.86 inches. Please let us know so we can accurately print your order. I can make it fit on a letter size sheet which is 8.5x11. Thank you, Sue When I got to the location, Sue yelled from the back, "Oh, he's HERE?!" and she stormed up to the desk from the back office, and lit into me starting with, "Lemme tell you something..." and gave me a four minute lecture on all the various sizes, colors, and types of paper they have. They printed it on paper that was almost like card stock, and charged me almost $5 for it.

UNRELIABLE APPLE GENIUS BAR STAFF AND MANAGEMENT…read more Had an older Mac that wasn't powering on so I called Apple Support which then sent me to this Best Buy for diagnosis. Prior to traveling there, from Slidell, I called Best Buy and the online representative ensured me the staff was just as qualified as the Lakeside Apple employees. I did try to call the store prior, but Best Buy just forwards you to a main call center somewhere in India. Upon arrival a young gentleman, with long dirty blonde hair, within five minutes proceeded to tell me there was nothing that could be done because the computer was too old. When I asked, then why would Apple send me here and a Best Buy Representative say you could help, he just apologized. I asked if the main Apple store at Lakeside could fix it and he just had some story about it being too old for parts. In hopes of reaching a resolution, because his reasoning didn't make sense, I asked to speak to a manger. A female, black hair, came up and just rubber stamped the technicians, talking points without asking any amplifying questions. After that I left and called Apple Support back, they informed me the computer could be repaired or their system would've not allowed the appointment. Two days later I dropped it off at the main Apple Store inside Lakeside mall and in a week it was fixed it. It's more likely a management issue, because it's the only Best Buy store I've been in where you're not greeted right away. As well as while I was standing around, clearly waiting for help, the same gentleman was just chatting with a girl while other staff, not engaged with other customers, just overlooked me. My recommendation is if you need Apple Support don't waste your time at this store, they clearly don't care to help.

I placed an…read moreorder and was put on the schedule for delivery a week and a half out, with a delivery window of 9-11am. On the date of delivery, DKI was a no call/no show. Someone from the office contacted the company and we were told that they will give us a call back...NO CALL BACK. We called again, and was told that it would be 2pm or we would could get it delivered the next morning. Finding out, the company changed our delivery time to accommodate UMC without notifying us. Time is money, and this has not only altered my schedule; however, I booked consultations around this delivery. The only resolution that they essentially came up with was 2pm or the next day.. Unprofessional... Not to mention the owner is the one who changed my delivery schedule to accommodate another company. Small owned business and/or minority businesses seem to be constantly put to the back of the line.

Balances four to six packages coming or going AND manages to hold the door open for my coworkers who happen upon him at the time. 3. Always smiles and says good morning or good afternoon. 4. If we need a package sent, he's there quicker than you can bat an eye with all the supplies needed for shipping (just in case you forgot something). For all the ladies that wonder whatever happened to chivalry...check your UPS store. Oh and if you need a package sent or delivered they're great at that too. :)

I called multiple times over several days for follow-up and eventually spoke with a manager. I was told that someone at the Covington hub said part of the label had come off. I offered to email a copy of the label, which I did, and the manager assured me she would forward it to Covington. It has now been over a week, and there is still no update or movement on my package. I even shipped packages through the United States Postal Service after this UPS issue started, and those packages have already been delivered. I also called the UPS customer service line, but there has still been no resolution. This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unprofessional service, and no real help.
