The employee are friendly. My only complaint is that they should put a sign up asking the customers not to park in the fire lane. It's very inconsiderate to park there. They block traffic and it makes it difficult for cars to maneuver around the parked cars. Just recently there were three cars were parked in front of the store. That store gets busy towards the end of the day. So do the other stores. Basically you need to dodge cars coming both ways. It is becoming a safety issue. read more

These people neglected to place the shipping label I'd provided on a very large container I'd brought in to be shipped and released it to the UPS driver anyway. Three hours later I received a phone call from UPS (the shipping company, not the retail store), saying they had my package (they'd gotten my number off the shipping container, a hard-shell case with my company named embossed on the top) with NO DELIVERY LABEL. Thank God UPS called me. I'm convinced I cannot depend on The UPS Store on Libera Ave in Manassas Va to take a decent crap let alone actually ship a package of any size. I've had my box there for 2 years since my packages were getting stolen and opened when delivered to my home. I have reduced my stress 100% since being at this store. I get email notifications when a parcel arrives so that I can easily pick it up after work. The staff is exceptional and the store is under new ownership. They take care of their customers. I've always felt comfortable leaving or having my mail delivered from or to here. They have great hours and have added administrative services such as scanning and professional printing. Standard rate prices are at the US POSTAL SERVICE using priority. The UPS prices are a company decision, not the store decision. Know postal processes before assuming a business will make a price what you want it to be. No one has ever been rude from this store so if it's perceived, take a quick look in your mirror at how you come across. read more

Sent two packages in large pelican cases from VA to FL. Contents were very important to me and one of them was stolen by UPS. They are "working" on the issue (said it would be an 8 day investigation) and the folks from this store are being as kind as they can be however these packages missing will 100% cost me thousands in business next year now that they are "lost" ahhhem stolen. I will keep this review updated if they appear but for now senders BEWARE if the item is valuable to you. Thieves or inefficiency is abound starting at this location. They have lost the package....it was stolen as the case it was shipped in must have looked to good to not steal by their drivers. Shippers beware. You know it was grossly underinsured (my fault I am aware of that). So I do not accept any apology issued by your store as it is useless and it's obvious the Process set forth by your parent company was not followed and you admitted that to me. Please give your fake care to someone whose business wasn't harmed by this Theft. When you're ready to write me a check for the total amount the package was worth including container it was shipped in, I will change this review. I was in and out in a matter of 2 minutes during my work lunch break. There was 1 young guy working & he moved expeditiously. I've been to mailing locations that charge you if they have to tape your box for you, but here he taped the box and also out my computer printed label in a weather proof enclosure for free. I appreciate the service. He offered a tracking receipt as well. read more

This UPS store is terrible! It sucks that the ONLY time I decide to send a package through UPS (not sure why since I always use the postal service or FedEx) they LOSE MY PACKAGE!!! Oh and even with insurance forget getting your money back...it's nearly impossible. It's been 2 months and they're still giving me the run-around on returning my money. All of their employees, including the store owner is either clueless or unwilling to help at all. I'm so frustrated I'm unsure of where else to turn. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and be a good customer and allow them time but it's been two months. I get the same line everytime I call, "What's your tracking number? Okay give me some time to look into this and I'll call you back." They never call you back. So...if you choose to continue using UPS be my guest. But I will NEVER use UPS again. read more

The guy they have working there 8000 hours a week is extremely helpful and always knows who I am, what PO Box is mine, and asks how my wife is doing. He comped me a stamp last time I was there as well. I will most certainly be renewing my PO Box there. Best UPS Store in the county! I work for a consulting firm and we have been using this location for all of our business correspondence for years now and have never had a bad experience. Their printing abilities have definitely come in handy when I have needed to get large number of printouts in a short period of time. I was VERY disappointed in my service here in June 2015. I'm a photographer starting a business and decided to send two DVDs with sensitive information due to religion to my clients. Two identical packages sent at the same time. For UPS stores to charge a "service fee" and this one in particular to incorrectly mark BOTH packages was disappointing. The package was "returned to sender due to incorrect postage." Not only was this inconvenient as the client expected the photos.. It was then returned to a neighbor instead of my address. Needless to say, I had to drive an hour and HAND DELIVER the DVDs over a week late. These clients were worried as to where the DVDs were when they should have been delivered....
