A great place to drop off items to be shipped (or that are already labelled and ready to be shipped out.) They can handle UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc... They also have mailboxes that you can Rent, if you need an address for your business. I have rented a mailbox here for about 2 years now, and they accept all my incoming and outgoing packages, and they even box/package items for me to ship out (if I don't have the right size box at home.) That's extremely handy for someone like me that travels a lot... I like knowing that all my packages are secure when they arrive there, and not sitting at home on my front porch (should I be out of town.) They also text/email me when I have a package come in, and I LOVE that service!.. No more sitting and wondering if I have any packages, and no making an unnecessary trip down to check my mailbox there. I've also used them for Faxing documents, on the rare occasion that I need to send a Fax. Either way, whether you are using them for just shipping an occasional item, or you are planning to rent a mailbox there to have a business address.... I highly recommend them!

A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.

It is in the old Burlington building off University. Upon walking in, 2 sales associates welcomed us and the one closest to us asked if we needed any help. Dave explained why we were there and he and the young man spoke for a few minutes. I walked around looking at all the items. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help. The salesman took Dave straight to a shelf that had several fans on it. They weren't the type of fans we needed. I was impressed this young man knew where the fans were in the store because the store is huge! He knew the type of fan Dave was looking for and he mentioned he didn't think they had what Dave wanted but he would show the fans they did have. The salesman was correct about the fans they had were not the right type. We thanked him for his time and left. 5/5 for customer service and knowledge of fans and where they are. The young man was great.

I was in need of printing 100 wedding invitations. I had bought the stationary at a hobby…read morewarehouse. I designed what I wanted the invitation and RSVP card to look like. Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.

Locally, family-owned and operated, I recall co-owner Victor Burruss was active in the local tennis scene when I was. He's good people! From floppy disks (yes, really!), to zip disks, to external drives, the wonderful designer, Michelle, in the graphic design department would help me modify and produce everything from invitations, brochures, portfolio pieces, business cards, and a myriad of required design pieces for my classes at UAH. I also used their large-scale printing service numerous times to create pieces for my Senior art show. Over the years, familiar faces were still there - that speaks volumes about how Victor and company treat their employees! In fact, Michelle is still there. Sadly, they suffered a fire in 2017, which they've survived, moving across the street to a different building while they rebuilt on the original site. A couple of years ago, I designed a large-scale poster as a gift for my sorority sister for either her birthday or Christmas. I knew in the past Allied offered "edge trimming" which is a metal trim-to-fit "framing" that typically comes in black, gold, or silver, making paper mounted on foam core appear to be traditionally framed. I emailed Allied and received a quick response. They no longer offer that service, which, I think, had to do with the fire. Anyway, they happily referred me to Tom Jeffreys Sign & Banner shop on South Parkway who did a great job. I can't say enough about how punctual, helpful (above and beyond as in "come on back here and plunk down at this Mac and make those tweaks you forgot before I go to print for you"), creative, and cost-effective Allied is! We bought an expensive vacuum cleaner through S&R recently (dogs require some good vacuuming equipment!). They gave us plenty of time and information we were looking for as we tried the floor model as well as its attachments. S&R gave us a better price than the vacuum company website. My daughter had her sewing machine serviced with S&R as well. The pricing for service is reasonable and the workmanship is sound. They also sell parts for many vacuum cleaners. Check them out if you have a need for this type of service.
