I went to do an Amazon return and was told that they dont "handle" those anymore but there is a table with packing supplies in the store, so if I wanted to package it myself and create the labels then I could hand them the box. I asked for help the the guy at the counter said they dont have time. So I went back to the UPS store on Madison Blvd and they were happy to help me as they always are. I will never go back to the store on County Line again. read more

This location is in the Publix shopping center on County Line Road. There's plenty of parking and locating the store is pretty easy. I arrived at 6:23p (the location's advertised to close at 6:30p) and the door was locked despite the lights being on. I observed a patron trying to open the door, and then she left. I walked up to confirm that the door was locked, and as I walked away an employee walked up and stated that she could help me if I had a drop off, but that I couldn't ship anything since the computer was already shutting down. I have to say that it was a bit disappointing to not be able to take care of the business that I needed to, especially since I arrived during their advertised business hours. read more

There were a couple of people ahead of me and the staff member said they would help me shortly. I only had to wait a couple of minutes. My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at this UPS store! They are conveniently located to our home and we caught them at a great time of day (around 3:10-ish) to take our passport photos!! Fortunately, the two sweet young ladies working were not too busy and were able to help us right away! I wish I had gotten their names but I didn't want to be all touchy by getting the business cards out of their holders (I know, weird, but whatever). I'm happy we used UPS because it was a one-stop-shop for us regarding renewing our passports. Our initial passport applications were rejected for the photos we submitted (we took them at home and printed them ourselves and the passport photo instructions are crappy to be honest). Enter these UPS pros to fix it for us!! For example, the passport photo instructions do not mention that you can "smile but you cannot show teeth" and, for me, I needed to "push my shoulder length hair behind my ears." In mere minutes the husband's surly-looking photos were all set and ready to put in the envelope and ship! The sweet manager (I think she was) was having problems with the camera for me - I BROKE the camera ha ha! And both she and her associate had to take ~ 8 pictures to get an acceptable one. They were sweet each time apologizing, when it wasn't their fault, there was an issue with a line appearing on the digital photo preview and it was difficult to get that line to disappear. Anyway, they finally had acceptable shots for my passport application and like I said, we purchased the envelope, an auxiliary greeting card, packaged everything to ship off, received our tracking information and were done! Nice to photograph, print and ship in one location! I think all said and done we spent ~ 35.00 here - the photos were slightly less than what CVS and Walgreens charge which is 14.99 per person to get 2 passport photos taken/printed. Plus, again, we paid for the shipping, an envelope, and a greeting card. Sweet! They got fairly busy while we were there with people checking their in store P.O. boxes, dropping off shredding items, shipping (apparently using a UPS app), and just generally dropping off. All customers were socially distancing and both of the staff treated each person nicely, politely, and efficiently while also fielding phone calls. My husband uses this store for returns (Amazon, etc.) and reported that it is consistently busy and they always do a good job. Thanks UPS ladies! I feel confident now we will get our passports, since you ladies obviously have the process down pat! :) read more

I have had to go here twice to pick up a package shuttled there instead of giving me a choice for a second delivery. They would not release the package to my husband. I am handicapped and this made it harder on me as well time wasting for my husband who had to wait for them to unload the truck only to be told that even though he had the slip they would not release the package to him. I have not run into this with any other UPS site. Does one become a bit of a power hungry person when they are surrounded by boxes? I will find another way to get my packages delivered or a more Americans with Disability friendly site. Plus I will be contacting a higher up on the company to lodge a complaint. read more

Never ever using ups store again. Used it once for my small business. I paid this store to pack my shipment, and I paid for insurance. They packed my stuff, they destroyed my stuff on the way to my customer, and they took my money for insurance. Then, they denied my claim to get my money back. I had to refund my customer because that's what good customer service is. And ups refuses to give me my money back for destroying my shipment and causing my small business a large loss. They are not on the side of small businesses in Madison. So utterly disappointed with this whole ordeal. Such a waste of money. They stole from my business and lost a good customer. read more

Very dishonest about the services they provide. I have been there on three different occasions to get documents notarized (will, power-of-attorney, and a settlement letter). In each occasion they refused to notarize the document. Apparently, they do not notarize any documents where they may be called upon to verify in a legal matter. Why would you get something notarized except for something related to a legal matter? They outright lied to me when I inquired about just what they do notarize. She claimed they notarize wills and POA documents all the time. This is a lie. I have been there twice in the past and she refused to notarize these exact documents. All of them were attorney-drafted and didn't contain any non-standard language. I didn't have any trouble going elsewhere to get documents notarized. Unfortunately, it was a longer drive for me though. Frankly, the staff was rude and a waste of perfectly good DNA. I'll make sure nobody I know ever goes to any of their stores. Update: Let me be clear about the notary services. I wasn't looking for anything beyond a witness for my signature. Never expected any comment or review about the content of the documents. read more

I went in this store last week and was helped by Lisa. She was absolutely awesome! She was very helpful, very nice and very professional! She helped me with finding the best price and shortest delivery time, there were no problems whatsoever! There was another young lady there who was very pleasant and when another customer came in this young lady helped her just as pleasant and professional as Lisa. I will most definitely use this UPS store in the future, just because of the way I was treated and helped! read more

i'm not even the type of person to write "karen" reviews like this but i'm never going here again. i went cause it was close to my house but next time i'll go the distance. the package arrived to its destination with an entire box of chocolates missing ( v-day lol ) so someone clearly got hungry. and also my package was taped shut with a small STICKER. like what???? were you really that lazy that you couldn't take the time to tape the package. No disrespect intended Brain W, but maybe they had a bad day? Although I do not understand their hesitation, as a Notary only is validating signatures not legal content??? However during my visit today I dropped off a prepaid UPS return and had no issues. The ladies at the desk were friendly and processed my package in a snap. Luckily there are plenty of options here in Madison... I would visit again. read more
