Cost of return shipping of an item I thought was rather high for this area? Compare to the Washington DC location, why do you inform a customer " you know you must pay for this even with the pre prepared labels ". Okay I'll use my food stamps is that okay . That individual did pack the item professionally and secure. There hours of service are great for business purposes, but no social distancing was available, no mask mandated wasn't effective nor available, again " southern hospitality showing its ugly face. I waited 5 days to write this , so I wouldn't over react to the current trend I'm experiencing. 14 more months left in this state. read more

I often visit this location to ship orders or make returns to Amazon the staff is always friendly and helpful not to mention very quick service to the only downside to the location is the parking some is shares the complex with multiple business is sometimes hard to get a convenient parking spot read more

What a horrible store. They try to overcharge you for everything. The individuals to which I dealt with were extremely rude and condescending. Even at one point during the email exchange they gave me the "Pay or Else," ultimatum. For a company that is supposed to be kind and friendly they are sadly lacking in customer service. The Manager/Owner is ruthless and rude she does not care about the customers just sticking it to them whenever she can. She follows the rules to which suits her but when you question their methodologies she gets extremely abrasive. Horrible horrible place to deal with, BEWARE go anywhere else but here. read more

So would you rather ship three 8x10 picture frames via the cheapest available UPS ground, or ship everything you buy from Amazon for the next year, plus get unlimited streaming of a reasonable collection of movies, TV shows, and Kindle books? I chose the former. I had three pictures to send to three different family members. Not knowing any better I walked into the UPS store, dropped them on the counter, and said "ship 'em". Luckily I didn't ask about the cost, because if you have to you can't afford it. The lady at the counter was super friendly, and they did a beautiful job packaging the frames, I just couldn't believe that by the time I had paid for the box, fragile surcharge, and freight it was nearly $20 per picture to ship. $60 to ship three pictures, or I could buy an Amazon Prime membership, for a YEAR, for $79. I have always loved shipping items from this store! Even if there is a line, it never takes very long. I come here rather than USPS because it takes SO long and there are always long lines. Yes, it's more costly but the staff can box up anything I have or retape my own box. I have never had any issue. I give them 5 stars !! read more

The lady helping the lady next to me was rude as well trying to tell her to not ship the package but take a loss. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I went into the store today to ship a package to family in London. The person behind the counter looked like he had just rolled out of bed. He didn't look like a UPS employee by any means. I told him I needed to ship this package international to London. He sighed heavily and said very reluctantly, well, it's gonna be expensive and then just stood there. I said can you ship internationally?! Again, he said yeah, but it's gonna be expensive! The guy VERY OBVIOUSLY did NOT want to help me! I said never mind, I'll go somewhere else! He said ok, thanks! I shipped a package to my son (who is an active duty soldier at Ft. Bliss) via US Postal Service overnight that contained his brand new replacement iPhone X. It was delivered on 11/2/18 at 9:39 am per the tracking information. When my son went into this store to pick it up, he was told it was not there. I contacted the Postal Service who confirmed that it was in fact delivered. It is now missing and was either lost or more likely stolen by someone at this UPS Store. They claim it must have been given back to the postman though no records are kept. None of the employees remember the delivery. I filed a claim with the Postal Service but they denied it because it WAS delivered to this UPS Store. Horrible Experience....out lots of money and my son needs his phone. How can a company in the business of shipping and tracking packages have no records of the delivery and take no responsibility for a package that clearly was delivered there? read more

Convenient and well staffed. Able to get a passport photo and shipping . Used once before around Christmas and all my items made it ontime and undamaged to my nephews in Escanaba, MI. Great packing job and friendly I remember around that busy time of the season as well. read more

Wow! Alese was simply amazing! I needed almost 500 pages printed asap and she was willing and able to get these done for me! I called her from out of state and she even said they would deliver my documents to a local hotel (where the class that needed them was located). Kudos for amazing customer service. this place is right next to the dry cleaning place my bf frequents so it's quite convenient for buying packaging materials or dropping off a UPS package. the lady working there was also very pleasant and offered me a receipt as proof of dropping the thing off. read more

Horrible experience. Arrived at the store just as they were about to close and was rudely accepted inside with two frowning faces at the counter. Asked about an item I had seen In their store several months back and was told they never had that item. One lady argued they have never had that item. Maybe I was mistaken, maybe she was, but I can tell you that is not the way to treat a customer. Makes me never want to go there again. Terrible customer service. read more

I brought a package to this store for shipping. It contained birthday gifts and was packaged correctly. When I asked to add additional insurance, the lady told me I could not unless she opened all the gifts and repackaged them in her own container (mine was the same as hers) and of course there would be a fee for this. This is unacceptable. I have always been able to add another $100 worth of insurance if I'm sending expensive items. They just ask what it is and I always have my receipts. Just another sneaky way to make more money from the consumers. read more
