If I could give them zero stars I would. The delivery driver keeps delivering packages to the wrong address for just about everyone in our neighborhood. It's almost as if they intentionally deliver every single package to one house in our neighborhood and is expecting that homeowner to deliver all of the mis-delivered packages to the rest of our neighborhood. Ridiculous! Here is his photo from a screenshot that I took from my camera footage. Here, he is delivering my 'neighbors' package to 'my' house. He also left the package in the driveway instead of leaving it on my covered front porch or my covered side porch where I have a package delivery box. At this point, I don't think retraining would help. He should be fired. Where do they find these people??? People should stop using FedEx and make them suffer the consequences of hiring lazy, incompetent people just to have a warm body and prompt them to start hiring people again who will actually do the job they were hired to do and do it right. Be the solution, not the problem! And if you are this delivery driver and you are seeing this, SHAME ON YOU SIR!!! Or if you know this guy, tell him to DO BETTER!!! And I am still waiting on a return phone call from earlier this month regarding my missing package. Won't hold my breath on that because they clearly give zero cares. read more

FedEx Ship Center - The driver who has delivered numerous packages to the wrong houses in our neighborhood. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Madison, Alabama

They always lose your package or if they find it deliver 2day guarantee a week late. This place is in need of new management.

Your driver's actually attempt to deliver would be great! This is the second time one has said they couldn't deliver because no one was available but I've been home all day! They didn't even attempt it!! read more

Too bad I can't give FedEx a -10 stars rating! Their lack of ability to provide customer service is infuriating!!! WHY DO THEY NO LONGER LET THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY? TELLING ME YOU HAVE ALREADY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE MINIMIZES THEIR ACTUAL "CONTACT" WITH THE CUSTOMERS, HUH??? If you look at my attached pictures, you will see that they set my heavy package down just beneath the sign I put on my front door asking that packages be left by my BACK DOOR!!! Not only that, but I had to use my storm door to push the package back enough to be able to GET OUT of my door!!! If the package had been left at my back door, it would have been in a covered area and would not have gotten wet. I wouldn't have had to flip it end-over-end, hitting my leg with a corner of the box, causing a knot and bruise to pop up, either! read more

Walked in needing to pack and ship on a company account. This location does have some packing supplies, but it doesn't look like it carries as much as some of the other service centers. The account had an issue, but the ladies at the kiosk were super helpful in recommending solutions and explaining the issue so I could find a resolution. read more

No option for ZERO Stars. Its beyond frustrating to find out a package has been shipped via FedEx because one will automatically know that problems are about to occur. I have yet to have anything delivered to my home, it normally takes calling all neighbors to find my package. Most recently, my package is sitting at a ship center for pickup which is 1.5 hours away. It is sitting there because the driver didnt attempt to deliver it. I work from home and i was home all day/night on the date the driver didnt deliver. I called FedEx support 4 times. 3 times they have told me that they would ensure that it would be delivered the next day. 4th time, the rep said the other 3 people were wrong and that the only option is for me to take off work to drive 1.5 hours one way to pick up the package that i paid fedex to deliver. FedEx is a sham read more

No option for ZERO stars. This place does not deserve a star. My package was supposed to arrive on 12/6. The driver pulled in my driveway at around 9:15 that night. Sat in his/her truck, then left. Did not leave a package. Soon after I get a notification on my phone from FedEx stating that delivery was attempted no one home. That is BS because a signature was not required. Should have been left on my doorstep. So I called FedEx customer service, which isn't easy to get through to a person, on several occasions only to get one excuse after the other. First was delivery attempt which I already explained. Next was circumstances beyond their control, whatever that means. And then it was weather conditions. Now I don't know about most folks, but around here most of us do drive when it is raining. Was told a case worker would be in touch with me. Well, no one ever called me. On 12/9 I look out my window and see a FedEx truck at my neighbors house. I'm thinking maybe she has my package, so I stood at my window and watched to see if she pulls in my driveway. She backs out and comes toward my house but drives on past very slowly,,,,,,then opens my mailbox and puts my package in my box. I don't know if FedEx and their drivers realize that it is against the law for them or anyone else other than the owners and USPS to be in any ones mailbox. Nice FedEx. I sat and watched her do this. read more

I have a 24inch by 18 inch yard sign the is right next my walk way. That said . Please Place a package on the porch next to the door. Thank you. FedEx driver still put the package on the bottom step and when it rains it gets wet. I had the sign made because our package was ending up everywhere. Like they have been tossed. read more

If ZERO stars were available I would use it!!!!! I hate fedex. They shouldn't even have a delivery update system because it never updated until a week later and my package was delayed for 2 weeks. It was supposed to arrive January 18 and still hasn't arrived. Then today it said it was delivered but was NOT delivered! I'm so pissed with them. FEDEX IS THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!!! read more

the ship center got me in and out the door very quickly. if you have gripes with ground all the trucks except express have company names and numbers call those contractors directly and air your grievances out they're the ones who hired dummies who can't deliver a box correctly hopes this helps out anyone who's having issues read more

Item was suppose to be delivered 12/2/24 and require a signature. Never received the item that day at all. I kept updating my tacking info till 820pm and it says it was out for delivery and Corey was the driver. At 830 my tracking updated saying it was delivered at 520pm and signed for. I never got the package and never signed for anything. Any time something is delivered by Fed Ex to my home I either never get it, or item is tossed at the end of my driveway next to the road. read more

I have never in all my days seen a mess like this place! I get notifications that my package is out for delivery and it doesn't come til days later. I've had my packages delivered to the wrong address more times than I can count now and you have to go through so much just to speak to a real person, and when you do all they say is we will make a note! I don't know how such a huge widely known company can run like this and stay in business! if I could give negative stars, I definitely would! Also, I don't know why this says I am in Florida but I'm not. I'm definitely on the Madison, AL delivery route and it sucks! read more

There's a reason this place has such terrible reviews. I had a label sent to me to do a return, and there was a QR code that could be scanned if I took it into a FedEx store. Upon walking in I waited about five minutes without being greeted by anyone(there was no one to be seen, but I could hear someone in the back,) and I finally had to say hello loudly to get a response. The lady who finally came to help me told me before she even tried to scan the QR code that it probably wouldn't work. Which of course it didn't. I would have to take it to a different FedEx location even though the information email was sent listed this as one of the locations where it could be taken. The email for the return also included a link where you could open the label and have it printed but of course that sends you to the FedEx website which would not load either. She kept blaming it on the company I was returning with, that doesn't seem to be the case to me. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to come here for absolutely no reason. But yelp tried to warn me. Seems like at the very least if they knew that they were having problems with their QR reader, they would look into getting that fixed. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

This FedEx isn't the greatest. I walked in with my 4 year old and 15 month old to ship out an envelope and waited almost 10 minutes before a human being employee came out to help me. First of all there is a doorbell that rings every single time the automatic door opens (which my 4 year old opened 5,000 times) and I also rang their service bell and still no one came until someone else came in then an employee came in. No hospitality and she took her sweet time to help me. She wasn't very friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. If you hate your job so much why work there?!? read more

Miss Kendra was an absolute rock star! I walked in she greeted me with a beautiful smile, was very pleasant and helpful in getting my packages sent. I was in out within five minutes and will definitely come back again! read more

Fedex sucks! They are notorious for saying "package left at front door" when it's not. I even got a ring doorbell to prove they are not leaving packages. I am going to stop doing online orders just so I don't have to hassle with FedEx! They are TERRIBLE out here in Madison!!! read more

Fedex scanned my package and said it was delivered at my door. It wasn't and neighbors do not have it. I filed a claim and fedex denied stating that it was delivered at me door 2 weeks ago. NO It wasn't and now fedex won't discuss with me because they said this claim is closed. I'm furious! read more

My company sent me a computer for testing for a critical technology project last Thursday. They sent it "Priority Overnight" and was supposed to arrive "by noon" on Friday. Well, it got from Cary, NC to Madison, AL overnight easily enough. Since then, God only knows what's going on with it. It didn't get delivered Friday, despite being "out for delivery." Nor did it come Saturday. Apparently they don't deliver at all on Sundays because there wasn't even an attempt to put it on a truck. The next update said "by noon" on Monday. Well, it's past noon now and so now the status says "by end of day." Yeah... we'll see. The package requires a signature for delivery. I've been around every time it was supposed to be delivered, even adjusted my weekend plans to be here to sign for it when it arrived. Nothing. Thoroughly disappointed and will never use FedEx again if I have the option. read more

When asked why my package was not delivered. Was told that they had a lot of packages and so some packages just didn't get delivered. Guess we decide now which ones to deliver and which ones not to deliver. Kind of goes against your statement on the website of on time delivery. Way to go guys! read more

Madison ALABAMA delivery to Decatur is TERRIBLE! I've never not once had a delivery that was as it should be. Time after time the tracking says delivered when it's not. The drivers can't read addresses apparently! Absolute terrible service and they conveniently make it impossible to contact them directly because THEY KNOW how many complaints they'd get so they hide behind the national call center which just delays any chance of making your delivery problem right. ZERO STARS read more

Horrible service!!! I don't know how they are in business. Drivers lie about coming to your house and then it takes two days to pick up package. overnight priority shipping means nothing to them. You would be better off using UPS or USPS or hell even a carrier pigeon. read more

Driver marked that package was delivered & I have yet to receive the item I ordered online. Now I'm afraid to order anything else online because it feels like the FedEx drivers are either not fully capable of performing their duties or they are stealing big ticket items. Either way it's disgusting because again I'm scared to order online because I won't get it. It will go into the home of a FedEx worker. Please start holding these drivers accountable because they are more than likely stealing property that doesn't belong to them. read more

This place sucks. All Fed Ex suck. My birthday is in one day. I ordered a package with my grandparents as a birthday present and it was ordered a week ago. the shipping was 2-5 days and we payed extra for it. Fed Ex came today, and guess what, it is delayed to Monday. Now I have been anxious for this gift and I am pissed since I have waited and waited for this gift, just for it to get delayed. Thanks Fed Ex. You've done it again. read more

This shipping center is horrible. Plain and simple. I have never been so irritated in my life. There are multiple tracking updates that state "NO ATTEMPTS MADE" will deliver next day only to repeat the next day and than the next day. This has went on for over a week. I called them to let them know that I moved ( after waiting for over 10 days past my delivery date) only for them to deliver finally to my old address. They had my updated address and I was reassured by the corporate office my furniture would be re-routed to my new address due to their delay. Never again!! read more

Horrible service. Package shows on the delivery truck to be delivered on Saturday. The Driver shows up, but it is raining. I guess he was afraid he would melt, so he doesn't leave the package. Now it shows I won't get the delivery until Tuesday. After calling customer service, turns out they don't deliver to a residents on Monday, what the heck. Driver doesn't leave the package on Saturday because he is afraid to get wet, now you say you don't delivery to a residents on Monday. FedEx, get your act together and find a new Driver that gives a damn about customer service. read more

Fedex its self is good and hard working. Its the delivery truck drivers I have a problem with, I NEVER get my package delievered to MY address they always always always take it one house to far and I have to get my (now opened) package from my neighbor Everytime! For once I would like to be the one to open my package. I have giving you guys very specific detail on which house is mine and it was literally inserted on every package I get that I get, the complete descripton of my house and yet it still gets delievered to my neighbor. I will try my best to make dann sure I never have to get a package from FedEx ever again, 3 times y'all are out. read more

FEDEX's tracking tells me that delivery of my package will be before 7:00pm today. It is 8:00am now and I want to go to the gym for an hour or two now. Deliveries are by route and I am certain FEDEx knows an approxiate time for delivery to my part of town, ie, morning or afternoon. I can not contact this facility, because no phone numbers are listed, to find out this simple information. So I must sit home all day waiting. I am disappointed and as much as I dislike the US post office - I will use their service next time because at least I can get this kind of information. 256-883-2323 Tracking number: 7985 0591 2734 read more

I was expecting a shipment from FedEx and signed up for text messages to give me the status of my shipment. I wasn't going to be home when they delivered it, so I had it rerouted to a FedEx pick up location. Last Wednesday the notifications told me that it had not been delivered and was being rerouted back to this Ship Center. It then told me it would be delivered the following Saturday. Saturday came around and the same thing happened, and I was told it was going to be delivered Tuesday (the day before writing this review). Tuesday night rolled around and I was told the same thing, that it was on its way back to the Ship Center. I talked to two separate customer support agents, and both told me that it had been sent back to the Ship Center. The last one told me that the best thing to do would be to pick it up myself--which kind of defeats the purpose of FedEx as a service company. I stopped by the office and the lady on the intercom was incredibly rude. I repeatedly said that I know that the issue wasn't her fault, and she acted like it was my fault and said that the package was delivered on the first day that it said it was going to be, contrary to FedEx's own updates and customer service. When I tried to issue a complaint--again, not at the human being I was talking to, who was at no fault of her own--she turned off the intercom while I was in mid-sentence. I'll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager. If you have a choice in shipping, go with UPS or better yet the USPS, especially since FedEx is lobbying congress to have the whole service shut down. read more

I had my door open because I was expecting a package delivery by 12. Everyone was in their room or the downstairs living room. There wasn't a knock at the door nor did the doorbell ring. Went outside to my car and a door tag was on the door. There was 3 cars and a truck parked in front of the house but per fedex driver no one was home. The worst part is that the door was OPEN!!!! #pissedoff. Added a few more stars they came back within the hour and delivered my package and I received a callback from a nice lady confirming my package was on its way. #happiercustomer read more
