My name Christina. My hubby and I were at Staples location 7830 highway 72 on Aug , 2 2025. Melissa provided us with exceptional customer service and was so helpful that I will want to continue to support this business. For example: we went to this store to purchase a Whalen Table which they did not have in stock. So she ordered it from a different store location and had it for us the following day. She took time in teaching and showing me Easy Rewards program so that customer can earn points on purchases and those points can be redeemed for dollars off. Because of her I was able to earned $49 and used that money the next day to purchase K cup coffee which she informed me it's currently on sale today. In all my years going to Staples no employee has ever taken the time to educate me about this loyalty program. In addition she showed me how to earned bonus points on the 3 most frequently purchased categories. I was so happy! I vote for her to be employee of the month for being so friendly and empathetic . Tonight Staples had exactly what I needed. I needed some quality paper--32 lb linen slightly off color. They had it! Minus one star for the COST! Inflation has apparently had its way with paper, too. While Staples had what I needed, I certainly paid for it. read more

I've been searching for an office chair for a while. I went to Office Depot and didn't feel like I could try them out because the sales people hovered worse than a car salesman! At staples we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance, we politely declined because we wanted to browse by ourselves. After some time Nicholas came to check on us. I told him that even with the Sales event they were running, online was cheaper and asked if they price matched. He said that they did! When I was looking online to do in store pickup it said almost everything was out of stock, but he was able to find my chair in stock! His service was amazing from start to finish! He was even nice enough to dolly it out to my car! read more

This location is decent and is usually well organized. I stopped in to buy some printer ink, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I had 4 empty cartridges to trade in and an employee jumped up to open register to give me the credit for the empties and to ring up the new printer cartridges. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

My issue was not with the store itself, but the employees lack of knowledge of how to properly cancel an order. My print order had to be cancelled due to an issue with the image and was to be resubmitted the following day. The employee told me my order was cancelled, but I received no confirmation of the cancellation. When I asked about not having a confirmation of the cancellation, the employee said "there is probably a glitch in the system". The following day, my bank still showed the charge pending. When I called the store, the employee was short, and less than courteous stating again "our system shows the order was cancelled...you will have to call the 800 #". After calling the 800 number, I learned that production of my order was cancelled, but billing was not cancelled. So, my card was charged for the purchase even though I received no invitations. The 800 operator, who was not at fault, but unfortunately took the brunt of my frustration, processed a refund which will now take 3-5 days to credit back to my card. Poor training on how to properly and COMPLETELY cancel an order as well as poor customer service when addressing questions related to their incompetency. read more

Worked with Acie primarily whilst purchasing a new laptop. I brought in my old computer, as I didn't want to mess with transferring myself as I have in the past. Acie took great care of me and did everything he could to get me fixed up. Thanks, Mr!! Side note: Although UPS does accept USPS packages at their locations, Staples will not...even though Staples will only accept things for UPS. So, question for Staples: if you only ship for UPS, why do you not follow UPS practices? Just an observation. Tech Dept is the reason this location got more than two stars. It would have received five, but I had to also consider Shipping in my review. Again, thank you, Acie! I wish I could give it a zero stars. I went in to buy a chair for a home office, and found the perfect chair! Notice the tag on the chair was $129, and saw the exact same chair with a price tag for $139. Now when I say exact same chair I even double checked the SKU numbers that was attached to the chairs to see if they were the exact same chair or just a different model that looked alike. So my wife went to ask an employee about the two prices for the exact same chair that was in two places of the store. The employee that looked like a balding glasses wearing version of Michael Cera, immediately saw what was going on and pulled the price tag that said $129 off the chair and tried to shove it into his pocket and said "oops that's wrong" so when I ask him about it what's listed as super clearance deal is $10 higher than what it was last week. He then informed me that he seen the chair so at its lowest for $119, which I have no idea why he pointed that out to me. So when I wanted to buy the chair for the price that was literally on the chair he said it was wrong and ran off to the front as quickly as he could, and hid from us the rest of the time we were there. I walked out without buying anything, don't get me wrong I'm definitely going to buy the chair but not from that store because when they have something labeled as a price and I see this price I expect them to honor that price. Because of this and a employee that looked like a balding glasses wearing version of Michael Cera, I will never come back to that store. From this experience I feel like a sleazy used car salesman would have taking better care of me as a customer than this store. All I see another company that makes mistake and wants the customer to pay for it. read more
