Occasionally they break or melt a button, and don't replace it. Difficult stains get lessened, but likely not completely removed. I don't bring items needing repair or alteration here any more. Two-thirds of the time they were returned to me laundered, but un-repaired. There is a tailor/alterations shop in the adjacent Publix shopping center, that does very good work on repairs and alterations.

There's a lot of ornaments on the curtains that cost me $2500, which is why I chose to have them dry cleaned. To my surprise, Kay Cleaner damaged the ornaments on the curtains. I can't use the curtains any more. What's even worse is the store owner's attitude after I brought up the issue. They refused to offer any solutions and refused to even apologize. The owner had the guts to tell me to file a complaint as she didn't care. I'm telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They charge higher than other places too. They charged me $327 for ruining my curtains.
