Hsv is now in top 3 places to live in USA! Theses folks are dependable and sincere, they do good work, sometimes a bit expensive . Things taking longer and longer (3 days is normal) and costs absolutely skyrocketing. This reached its peak when I discovered they had ruined 2 of my white shirts. It is apparent that some kind of contaminant was in/on their press, because 2 shirts have an identical blue stain on the back of the exact same shape/color and location. Bearing in mind that one of these shirts was brand new and had never been worn before (or since). At first the man who works there was extremely apologetic and vowed to fix it but after 2 tries was unable to do so. Then Song got involved and that's where it went over the edge. She outright accused me of putting some sort of tape on my shirt, and that it was there when I brought them in. Just blatantly accused it of being my fault. Of course she speaks basically no english so any effort to explain the situation (and the fact we were on the third try) was futile. As such, I have taken my business elsewhere and would recommend to any of my associates that they do the same. There was a right way and a wrong way to handle this, and Song chose the wrong way.

A few times, I saw her son playing with the card machine, pushing buttons and trying to stick paper in the card slot. This place used to be a really nice laundromat ; it was clean, the attendant was good, and the machines were almost always working. The last two times I've been here half of the machines weren't working. I had to move a load of wet clothes twice from two different dryers that were not marked out of order but still did not work. I will give this place one more chance, but if things have not improved, Ill go somewhere else.
