The store doesn't have a huge inventory and what they do carry is pricy. Their Easy Rewards loyalty program is solid. About once a month, they will run an offer on Duracell batteries - 100% back in rewards. I buy a $30 pack of AAA's and get $30 in my rewards account. Using my funny math, it's free batteries, but really, it's free paper or ink that I purchase with those rewards. Before Christmas they had 100% back on Crayola products. I recently saw one for Papermate pens. It gets better. Did you know that you can earn a few dollars of store credit every month by bringing in something to recycle? The list of recyclables is long and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. There is the whole list of typical batteries and chargers. But regular alkaline batteries count too. So do used notebooks, pens and pencils. If you're making a Costco run, it's no big deal to swing buy the large, empty parking lot, recycle a pen that you just dug out from amongst the French fries under the car seat and roam around looking for batteries and new gel pens.

Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.

Here, I was shown my options for paper and binding and selected what I thought would work best. I would have appreciated a little guidance on what could work best but I was on my own. I made several trips to the shop. My initial document wasn't in a format they could use. I went home, updated it and brought it back in on an SD card. The machine that needed to be used couldn't read an SD card. I went home a brought it in on a stick. Nope. I eventually emailed the project - that would have saved me two trips had I known I could do that. My final trip was to pick up my book. Although I was told I would be called when my project was complete I never was. I ended up just going in hoping it was finished. It was and I loved the final product but getting to this point was more challenging than it really needed to be.

Had a 30 minute pickup and I showed up at the 60 minute mark. Order was not ready. Counter person did not apologize or say anything helpful. He said " The order has not hit our system to pick it yet... so I cannot pick it". I said "here is the order on my phone". He said no. Not a "thank you". Nothing. Such idiots.
