DTM always has the hard to find Mac accessories that are no longer available in the Apple stores. They are my go to spot.

I would highly recommend going to DTM Computers to get your computer fixed. My brother's Alienware laptop wasn't working and they fixed every problem I told them it had. The battery had expanded, a lot of the keys weren't working, and it was showing a black screen when it turned on. Sam, Matthew, and Nathan worked together to get my brother's laptop up and running again. They even went and upgraded the operating system on the laptop as well! my MacBook Air was randomly turning on and off, they cleaned my laptop as it was getting hot, I'm up and running again! the customer service was outstanding, I called inquiring about the status, he said it was fixed, but they closed at 2pm( which it was 2 pm! I guessed they would say come back Monday, but the man I was speaking to , Mr Sam Hong said he would stay open for 30 minutes so I could get my MacBook! I call that SERVICE! and DTM computer was very reasonable in price! These people are a bunch of sorry liars. They act nice at first but take no responsibility for their mistakes. Came in a couple month ago because of a overheating issue with my laptop. That was the only problem it had, everything else worked fine. Gave them my laptop, they made me wait TWO month and I had to call them every week to have news on what's going on and what's taking so long. Two month after, they call me saying they can't fix the laptop. I come to the shop to get my stuff back and I learn that my screen is not working. And he has the nerves to tell me: we're not going to charge you. Wtf??? You're not going to charge me for not fixing my laptop and breaking it? What a kind heart! That's the only solution you found? What about paying back the mess you created? So basically, I trusted them with my stuff, they broke it and acted like it was already broken. My only mistake was trusting them and they took advantage of it. Don't do the same mistake and go somewhere else. read more

took in the old laptop to see why there was no power going to it. I'm not computer savvy so pretty much had to rely on the honesty of the shop. GLAD I chose this place instead of the nationally known repair squad, they were totally honest in that the issue was ONLY a bad power cord (when they very easily could of said it was something that required more time /parts to fix). VERY reasonable price and quick HONEST service. also was given very simple information as to anti virus programs, etc that I was not sure about. nice little shop with great guys that are efficient, POLITE and again...HONEST. thank you for being such a great little shop!!! read more

I asked DTM to repair my Acer Chromebook. The pin on the original adapter had broken off inside the Chromebook. I had ordered a new adapter which would not fit with the old pin in the hole. They removed the old pin and made sure the new adapter worked. I offered to pay but they did not charge me. Excellent service! read more

I asked DTM to re-image a drive for my TIVO They were unable to do this with the two drives I provided. They researched available software and we concluded this would not be worth it to me. I was surprised they didn't charge me for the effort. They were pleasant to deal with and I felt happy with their service. read more

DTM Computers is an outstanding service company. Their work is excellent and their fees are very inexpensive. Their service is good but, due to the two [2] points above, they are very busy and their turnaround is not always immediate. But, they work very hard to accommodate your needs [i.e. - can only leave my computer for one {1 da} day]. They have transferred everything from my old computer to my new computer; installed new software for me; removed viruses; saved almost everything from a complete wipe-out of my hard drive; got me and installed an excellent new anti-virus software for FREE; set-up my back-up separate hard drive and trained me how use it; trained me on new software as well as elements of Yahoo Mail, WINDOWS, and ADOBE plus others. First, I was always an Apple/Mac computer person, and the only time I used Windows systems was when I was forced to, such as my job at a local Huntsville hospital. It didn't take me long to become comfortable with Windows, but never grew fond of it. With that said, when I decided to start my own business, way before Apple started using Intel processors, I had no choice but to use Windows. My business started in my home office with a Gateway desktop, and a Toshiba Laptop. Both computers were standard "off the shelf" models, and was ok at first. My first encounter with DTM Computers was after my daughter spilt chicken broth on, or I should say into, my Toshiba laptop.......instant death. I spoke to one of my hospital IT friends, and he suggested DTM. I held zero hope for the laptop, but desperately needed the hard drive data. I took it to DTM, bought a new laptop, an begged them to try and retrieve the data. They retrieved the data, and I loaded it to my new laptop. I NEVER expected the Toshiba to be resuscitated from the sticky chicken broth, but after 3 weeks DTM had it completely functional! The cost......less than $300.00. When my office in Huntsville was ready to move into, I had DTM to custom build my servers and desktops. Larry and I sat down and discussed what my business needs were, and came up with the custom configuration. They had them built and installed in my office within two weeks. The cost was less than I would have paid for stock desktops, and the server price was way less than Dell or Gateway quoted. We had a few glitches, but they were all Windows, never the hardware. DTM also took care of any problems I had with our stock laptops, at costs less than proprietary estimates. I refer all my friends with Windows computers to DTM. In my opinion, DTM is the best Huntsville has to offer. read more
