A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.

I was in need of printing 100 wedding invitations. I had bought the stationary at a hobby…read morewarehouse. I designed what I wanted the invitation and RSVP card to look like. Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.

I shopped here during the great Christmas rush of 2022. I had to return a package, and y'all it was mayhem--think 40 people in line with it going out the door. The folks manning the registers were friendly, did the best they could, and honestly were dealing with some nasty, mean customers. Today nearly had a snafu of epic proportions. I had placed a print order, the status never showed anything other than "user submitted" or some such, and they were not answering the phone for over 24 hours. So, I just drove over there. WARNING: this store cannot accept print orders right now, despite the UPS website letting you place them. They do not have toner (that's the owner's fault, not the employees). DO NOT PLACE A PRINT ORDER HERE. It will get lost in the system, you will be confused, and you will show up--like I did--and be told "we can't do this." However! The staff could see I was about to burst into tears (this was an over $800 order) and they got the manager in ASAP. She worked with me, we got another store to fill the order same day, and all was fine. Patience, people. Patience. These is an understaffed store and the owner has them understocked. You'll have a much better experience if you don't Karen out.
