Here's the thing, the staff here is awesome! Really quick service and very friendly. The inside of the store is incredibly clean and organized. A juxtaposition of this particular block which is grimey outside. That has no barring on how great this UPS location is though. Free underground parking in the garage! The handover This location seemed understaffed at best because a customer required longer than usual time and the employees made no apologies for the delay in service to the customers in line. It would have prevented other customers feeling some type of way because they seemed to have felt ignored. Common courtesy is always in order. "Hey guys this is going to take longer than expected, it'll be a little longer ", would have settled everyone down instead of just looking at us without acknowledging what was happening. I stayed in line because dropping a package, getting a receipt was the reason I was there in the first place, and I did not want to replicate this at any other UPS store today or any day going forward. There are 2 UPS close to my area and this one is my favourite. Only because Mr. Charles & Mr. Jaime are great with their customer service. They get things done in a timely manner. Have the patience of a saint. And always make sure you leave with your receipt. They always have a smile on their face; which of course is a bonus. The parking lot is free but it smells like ROTTEN EGG. The stench is so bad, it is hard to breath down there. The elevators are nasty too. You have to walk on Western to get to the UPS. Unfortunately, a lot of crazy folks hang out there, so you have to be careful. The last time I went, there was a guy screaming and marching up and down the sidewalk. I was too scared to cross paths with him, so I left. As for the UPS employees, they are nice. read more

I've been a P.O. Box renter for ten years. I've watched this location go from great to horrible and now, in 2023, it's under new management. The new owners, a lovely married couple, have been working tirelessly day and night since taking over. They care. They know their business and they are learning their customers along the way. Cons: Dingy parking garage that has pee all over and ground and appears unsafe Parking $ Homeless and disturbed people in front of store Storefront on a busy street with no accessible, convenient parking Customer service not helpful It's always unfortunate when you need to deal with a disgruntled employee. And even more so, when it's a very young person who is already exemplifying poor customer skills. Upon entering, I greeted Indolencio, who did not so much as lift his brow or acknowledge my presence. Not sure why I have been able to return over hundreds of Amazon packages sans box at other stores without any issue. Indolencio curtly denied my request and wanted to charge me for a box. He didn't offer to give me a receipt for the package I was able to send. Mind you, this is not my go-to UPS store. I frequent the one in Atwater in Glendale where the staff are much nicer, more helpful, and overall more courteous. read more

The parking is free first of all in Korea town! Also the clerks were so brilliant and responsive as well as very polite to all the customers! Christal was such a big help when I came in on 8/16/22 to purchase shipping labels and drop off my packages! She was super patient with me while I was searching for the addresses and confirming everything was correct! I called this morning to confirm that my packages were shipped out as the website hasn't updated with the tracking AT ALL. Luckily Christal answered and confirmed the packages were shipped out and gave me updates on where they were at the moment. She also told me to call back Monday to confirm the packages were out for delivery as the website would probably not update. read more

No one is there when it says it's 'open' on a Saturday. Said it opened at 9. Waited around until 9:30 not a person in sight.
