Generally a good spot to drop off your packages especially if you're on the run and have a QR code, service is pretty fast. I know they also do other things like accept phone returns from cell companies and they package them up for you so that's helpful. The only thing that's hard is parking. I do believe there is a lot that is available with validation for a short period of time but it's almost one block away. Also, sometimes will charge to tape up or not, depends on who's working. read more

The Associates are very kind, helpful and wonderful. However today there was a major price hike in black and white printing. I paid 50 cents per black and white copy and can not afford this store anymore. It is a shame since I usually have large bulk printing here for my project. While I understand cost of living and inflation is high right now, the ridiculous price increase is unreasonable and sharp. Fun fact: I am not a fan of being taking advantage of. I just came here to drop off an Amazon item and realized that I did not print out the label as requested by Amazon. Driving out of my way to get here just before they close, the store takes advantage of you by making you pay them $2.50 just to print out a label. It is completely an opportunity for them to take advantage of the fact that you're not gonna drive all the way home and print out a label and then come back to the store to return an item that you need to ship out to Amazon. The only reason I didn't give them One star is because (1) it's a company policy but the employee was kind and (2) at least they helped me tape up the box and return it. But $2.50 for a single page print out is completely ridiculous. It should be a nominal fee perhaps $.50. It only Took them 15 seconds + the cost of a sheet of paper to print this out. $2.50 in 15sec = an hourly rate $600 / hour. Insane. Didn't realize the UPS store was a law firm. Macarena was super helpful the entire way through, with formatting my prints in illustrator to then helping me pick the printing material for the highest quality prints possible. My complaint concerns a male associate with a titled head (let's call him Mr. Tilthead then) at this store. Mr. Tilthead does not seem to possess basic communication skills. For instance, he misspelled my Roomba as "ruba" on the shipping label, which was quite imaginative. Furthermore, Mr. Tilthead mistakenly pointed out that I could not reuse an old Keurig box to ship my household items before another associate corrected him. In sum, it sounds like Mr. Tilthead tried to create as much trouble as possible. Most importantly, Mr. Tilthead blatantly gave me outrageously false information. Specifically, he stated that this store would NOT be able to request holding my package for pick-up at a UPS location near the destination; however, both the UPS telephone agent and the local store manager, who I spoke to 24 hours later, confirmed that the "hold for pick-up" option would be available if I requested it at the local store. Thus, there is a contradiction here. I tried to request that option not because I wanted to cause inconvenience for the UPS clerks but because of the prevalent theft at the destination address. Even though I had extremely low expectations on how ordinary people here treat their "jobs" as jobs, I still feel that Mr. Tilthead could have done more research or proposed alternatives, such as requiring a direct signature upon delivery, which could have prevented the UPS driver from simply throwing the package outside the building gate that serves as an open invitation for thieves. I know I will probably receive a superficial response (e.g., "We appreciate your business") as a lip service because I expect nothing more from ordinary workers in the service industry. read more

However, when I arrived, the UPS clerk said the notary wasn't in, and would not be in until hours after the confirmed appointment. I would NOT recommend this place at all for a notary - unless you just walk in and one happens to be there. I dropped off a box of artwork on January 28 at 8:30 PM. I printed the label at UPS, put it on the box and handed it to the person working at the desk. Since then they say that they never received the box though I reported it immediately, and they could've easily looked at the video tape of the transaction, as well as looking at the register to see that I had bought the label and paid for the printing . Not only are they denying the claim but refusing to refund my $500 shipping fee. Their claim is they never received the box OK fine so they never shipped the box why not give me back my shipping fee ? Customer service has been very rude and hard to understand in English. they didn't even bother to investigate summarily declined my claim. I had to drop off three large curtain rods to Amazon to a UPS store. I called ahead to ask about parking, and the guy who answered told me that they had parking in the back. When I got to the parking lot, I saw a sign that said that UPS validates for mailbox customers or a $10 purchase - a pretty important detail the guy failed to include when I asked?? I had to circle the block to find parking across the street. I arrived at the store not even two minutes after 7pm with three large boxes in tow. There was a woman at the door who refused to let me in. I told her that I was only dropping off and she said she would have to get approval from her manager who was coming around the block. The woman was INCREDIBLY rude, refused to accept my packages, shut the door in my face and ignored me. These two horrible women clearly lacked human empathy - completely lazy with no care for anyone other than themselves. These people do the bare bones minimum and it's embarrassing to UPS. If I hadn't wasted time trying to park in their paid parking lot, I would've been able to find street parking sooner and arrived there before they closed. I'm definitely never coming back to this location. The people at the location on Olympic are much more humane. Had a wine order on hold at this UPS. My husband was the one who had the order routed to the store for pickup and had the tracking number. I was told that when he went to pick up my order the mood of the woman working there immediately changed from friendly to sour as soon as he mentioned he was picking up an order for his wife. She refused to give him the package, even though the account shows he was the one to put the package on hold there. She said it was because we had different last names? Um, the 1930s called, they want their weird arbitrary rules back. My husband called corporate to see what could be done and they said he should have been able to pick up the package since they could clearly see he was the one to change the pick up location. While it is somewhat flattering to know that someone would get upset at the idea of my husband being married...
