My printer broke (again). Just like the last time my printer broke, I went to the nearest UPS Store and had the printing done. The lady who helped me was very nice. Got the printing done quickly although the UPS Store was very busy with many people shipping things. read more

The store hours are inaccurate, site said they open Sunday from 11 to 3, but when you get to the store the sign on the door says "Sunday Closed". read more

I've been to this store several times to mail packages. The staff have akways been pleasant, professional? & responsive. It's always a relief to get a package mailed promptly. There's always plenty of parking in this shopping center lot. All in all, a good ongoing experience at this store. read more

Great experience at UPS. The staff member was friendly, attentive, and took great care of each customer. She handled everything efficiently while working hard on her own--truly appreciated the excellent service. read more

Aura was so helpful!!!!! She made it so easy for me to ship my returns! Will be back!!

I dropped off a package with a prepaid mailing label for next-day air at 3:48 PM on a Friday. It was not shipped out from this location for four days, and as a result, the medical sample inside was ruined. The medical sample is obviously impossible to replace, and now the patient can no longer receive medical results that could possibly save her life. No one at the location told me that the package would not go out the next day, or explain that they had picked up their packages for this service less than 20 minutes earlier. If they had done, so, I would have shipped the package from another location. Instead, they just handed me my receipt and let me leave. When I called and asked for an explanation five days later, they couldn't explain why they hadn't told me that the next-day-air package would not be shipped out for four days. This is entirely unacceptable service, and I strongly advise against dropping off time-sensitive packages at this location. read more

I make the drive to this location specifically because Julie gives great customer service. Genuine, friendly, fast! Only minus one star because if it's not Julie.... Hopefully the staff is in a good mood! read more

Great location, always very friendly and efficient. Plenty of easy parking, I usually come here for Amazon returns and there's never much of a wait. Great location! read more

Julie was quick, helpful, and so pleasant to chat with. Helped me package up my items and had excellent service

Ellie took great care of me today and helped me package up and ship a box home before catching a flight. Pricier than the US Post Office, but I was able to get the task done quickly with Ellie's help. Box was $7, all in about $40 to send a care package box from CA to Chicago. Parking was tricky as the spots are very narrowly spaced and competition for open spots was hearty, but I got in and out safely. Thanks, team!! read more

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely, positively the WORST UPS store I have ever been to. In short, they always make Amazon returns extremely difficult. Would NOT recommend to anyone! No wonder they had almost gone out of business. Too bad they didn't. They would have done everyone a big favour. read more

This UPS store is my favorite! I've been coming here at least once a week for 3 years since my job requires frequent shipping. Julie and Carlos are who I see majority of the time, and always make it a smooth and enjoyable experience. They know their regulars by name and get to know us as actual people so it's enjoyable to come back and see them. Shoutout to Ellie and Aura too, who are equally as professional, helpful, and kind. This store also has a parking lot which makes it easy to arrive with large items. read more

I wanted to update this review because 3 months ago I wrote a review on this UPS location and on how much Julie helped me out. In my previous review I promised to exclusively use UPS as my go-to shipping company. Well recently, I had a package that I needed to send internationally. As people May or may not know, international shipping is insanely expensive. I was going to send this package without notifying the receiver because frankly I don't know this person (this package is for a mutual friend of mine and the acquaintance) Again Julie came to my rescue, she advised me to at least get in contact via text or email or smoke signals (haha jk) with this person so they know to expect the package because customs will get difficult sometimes and want to speak to the receiver and if this acquaintance wasn't expecting a package they could potentially decline it and have it become undeliverable and lost in the mail. That would have been disastrous as a one of a kind item was in the package. I decided to heed Julie's advice and contact my receiver. Julie asked me take my shipment home and wait until I get a response from my receiver so that I know the package is acknowledged and expected. I waited and finally I got the ok from the receiver. I went back to UPS to ship and was sticker shocked! It was crazy expensive to ship. I did have the option of sending it via regular mail and that Would have been cheaper. But by sending it via UPS with Julie I was guaranteed that any and all customs paperwork was properly filled out and my package was properly documented to arrive safely to its destination. I'm going to be honest, the premium price I paid to ship via UPS though steep, was COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY WITHOUT QUESTION WORTH EVERY PENNY. I never would have received that kind of help at the post office and frankly with all the customs paperwork, I'm sure I would have filled it out wrong and the package would have been lost as I wasn't planning on putting a return address if I would have shipped via regular email. Anyway I got a tracking number and my package was good to go!! AGAIN, THANK YOU JULIE FOR ALL YOU DO!!! Proving to me that UPS and especially this location is the way to go! Because of Julie's help, I'll continue to be a loyal UPS customer. Totally worth it!!! read more

I use this location all the time. Large, free parking lot, it's open until 7pm on weekdays so I can always make it there before they close, they have a self-service Amazon counter so I'm in and out fast, and when I do need help, the clerk, Julie, is super efficient and knowledgable. She's always there, she's always friendly no matter how busy the store gets, and she's always helpful. Thanks, Julie! read more

I've been coming here for years and just realized, I never given the store their flowers for being great people in general. Julie and Aura are the friendliest people that are welcoming and makes any transaction at this UPS store a breeze. I've been to other stores and will say that I will wait out my package shipping and/or returns just to come to this store as it's just always nice to come in and talk to them. They are close to my business and while there is another UPS store near home, I will always come to this location. read more

Julie provided the best customer service! I came to mail a return, and the line was longer than I expected so I was worried I'd have to wait a while to be helped. Not the case! Julie was so friendly and worked so efficiently that I was out of there in no time, and actually enjoyed my time there conversing with Julie. Will definitely come back to this store for future shipping needs. read more

Julie! Amazing! So hardworking and fast and explained everything to me so clearly. Thank you Julie!!!

This store is great and Julie is so kind and friendly. She was very helpful and took really good care of my package.

Omg, the woman who works here is a major flirt. She was totally harassing a customer , and I and others in line were just waiting and waiting forever for her to stop flirting and do her job. One man left because he was tired of watching her giggle while we all were patiently waiting. Can we stop the flirting and just do the job? People don't have time to watch you flirt with customers and have small conversations. Most of us just want to return and go on with our Saturday. This isn't match.com- last time I checked- you worked at the UPS store. Go to a bar after work read more
