Haven't had issues in 5 years coming to the store. Mostly to drop off returns but in the rare ocasión I had to ship different, it's worked out. Always ask for the receipt on returns, I had an issue with one but Amazon resolved. read more

Do not ship anything of any value through here OR send Amazon returns through this store. Over the past year I've tracked 16 Amazon returns that were never received. Today, the 2nd iphone I've tried to ship through there was stolen. I cannot believe UPS has not pulled their license. read more

This was the worst experience with a notary in my lifetime. The clerk (Nathan) was rude, & refused to notarize the documents proving that I lived at my address in FL, I have a valid Soc. Sec. Number, and accepted my sister's decisions in PA. She (not me) is handling my father's estate even though it technically should have been handled by me. I'm paraplegic and went to great extremes to get transportation and a witness to prove that (I) was signing the paperwork and would not be traveling North at all. The child, that was younger than any of my children relished that he was denying the services as he hinted " might be illegal". No effort was made to hide the inappropriate behavior in front of employees, customers, and my scheduled assistant, I was not provided the services that were the sole purpose of the entire day all the expenses weren't free to me. That was a month ago and now I'm feeling the consequences of his awful choice. The owner is in full support of his employee which is alarming to me as a Stockholder. There are plenty of locations capable of doing the services as advertised on this page. I will never spend another cent at this location and beware if you are handicapped, this kid has a problem with you before you even speak. I will be filing complaints with corporate regardless of the outcome. read more

Manager was horribly rude. Staff had total lack of communication. No wonder they have only 2.5 stars. Will take my business elsewhere.

My son walked into the Fishhawk location a minute before they closed (not realizing they closed at 3pm) to drop a small box off. The employees could have nicely said they would not be able to accept the box and that would be that. They did take it but started cussing, dropping the f-word. Totally unacceptable behavior. read more

I was mailing 5 packages of cookies and walked into store (there were other customers as well) at 6:09pm, they close at 6:30PM. There were two young men and the first initially was very kind. The second young man/kid took over and was very short and treated my packages roughly. He asked what the packages were, I told them they were all cookies...breakable cookies. He continued to treat packages very roughly and I'm hoping they did not crack as I spent a week working on them and decorating them. I have used this store before about a year ago and 3 years ago, this was beyond frustrating and disappointing. These young workers need to be trained in customer service and how to handle packages. Or they need to go work somewhere else. I will not be returning and will let my friends in the area know about the experience. If this had been a paid order I had to ship, this young man would have ruined it. read more

I only go here because it's close. I've never felt welcome when I go in there to send Prepaid packages. It seems as if the staff there really doesn't like their jobs or they just are not people friendly. read more

The staff is completely unprofessional. New staff almost every month. Very young and inexperienced. My company had been a box holder there since 2018. While standing in line, they were dropping F bombs left and right like it was a game. The Customer in front of me mentioned that it was offensive and had his daughter been there, he would be appalled and outraged. He asked for the manager and the young girl at the counter stated she was the manager. The manager Che also made a statement that it was OK and she take care of it. That same customer requested a package that the manager insisted wasn't there. He said that he called the UPS hub verified it. "I was sent away yesterday and UPS states it's here" After repeated statements to convince her to look, she went back and looked for the package and it appeared. Stating it wasn't there earlier today it just arrived. I was next and Che (refused to give her name however on her shirt) was less than polite in fact very stark and rude probably due to her last customer. I came in to ask about a notice I received that said that my Box address had changed. It also asked for two forms of ID. I had provided that info years before but was told that the records were lost which questions the security of my identity. I asked what was acceptable and was told DL or insurance card only and absolutely no bank cards. I stated that I don't have medical insurance. I was then questioned by another worker, "You REALLY Don't have medical insurance, like really" As if I was lying. I have a medical savings plan with only a debit card which they stated they wouldn't accept. Then Che said she couldn't help me and asked me to leave. I reacted poorly but immediately apologized. Things calmed down and I called my wife in to see if she had the proper IDs. They copied them and then printed out a form to sign that had my name on it and it was completely inaccurate with someone else's info on it. I requested it be updated before I could sign it and was told by Che that she didn't know how and I would need to contact Maryann at the other store. I called and left a message and never received a return call. The next day I received a call from Dusty who I have never met or ever spoken to stating he had closed my box. After driving to the other store to discuss the issue I received no explanation other than the letter was a mistake by Maryann herself and she didn't need to hear my side. I moved our box to another store not associated with this owners franchise. I was told by the new UPS store that they get stories all the time from those two stores. read more

Great UPS store. Always friendly, competent, and helpful! The UPS store has an arrangement with Amazon and when I brought in a return item, I received word from Amazon within a very short time that my account was credited already, just from the store swiping my shipping label that I had preprinted at home! They also have copy machine, mailing supplies and can do many more advanced services. read more

Owning a printer in 2017 is for suckers, but occasionally I do need documents printed. 15¢ per page b&w, a little bit more for color. Not sure what everyone's problem is with this place. Nobody calls me names or slaps me in the face when I walk in, even if I show up with my large aggressive son Jayden. read more

Wow, kind of surprised to read some of these reviews. This does not match my experience or my new neighbors at all. We just moved to FishHawk 11 days ago. I needed to print documents to register kids in school and switch our car registration. Having just moved, couldn't find the power cord for the printer. Yes, as my wife asked, why wasn't in the same box as the printer. My only excuse, my mind was on a million different things. Anyway, our new neighbor loves this store and recommended it. She loves it so much, she hasn't gotten a new printer for home yet. Next morning, early, I go to the store to get my items printed. The lady at the store, shame on my for not remembering her name, was incredibly helpful, patient, and wouldn't even let me pay for the copies I made. FishHawk is a wonderful community. It seems like a place where small businesses that provide great customer service would be appreciated. I found this store to be a wonderful addition to the area. Most of the negative reviews are from a few years ago, I would suggest giving the store a try. We will be using this UPS store regularly. read more

I tried to send a package 5 mins before closing time (closing time is very confusing bc every location is different) the store was already packed up and the lights were off. Mailed a package on a Monday, received my package back,in the mail that next Fri due to not enough postage, ups gal over charged me yet didn't put enough postage on my package . when advised, I was told I would need to pay to overnight to get it there in time. Now, 2 weeks later, they have lost my package! Do not recommend using Lithia UPS store.. Horrible ! read more

I ship from this location at least once a week. They're always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
