****BEWARE**** Wish I could give them a zero rating! These…read moreguys are the most laziest people I have ever met. They seem to push their responsibilities off to each other. The sad part is that we have given them 3 chances. Today was just the last straw. We order our business cards from them last week Wednesday and they stated our business cards will be ready Friday. We went Friday and stated they didn't get the chance to print them out. (Mind you they have a big sign stating will be ready within 24 hrs.) They stated they will have them ready for us Saturday and they will give us a call as soon as they are ready. Saturday rolled through no call. Sunday we didn't expect them to work that day. Now Today, Monday at 10:30a.m. 2 hours and a half into their day. We go in for pick up. Nothing is ready. Our order sheet was still on their desk. Their excuse now was that their machine was down and there was nothing they could have done. We would have taken that under consideration and forgave the incident but this was the same excuse they gave us the first time a few months ago. I believe they could have at least given us a courtesy call Saturday stating they didn't print them or even flat out lied and said their machine is down but at least took our time and effort under consideration. Never again. Unless you're willing to wait 2 full weeks for your order.
