Customer service was extremely disappointing. The employee assisting me never made eye contact and came across careless throughout the entire interaction. All of the employees working at the counter were pre occupied with personal conversations the entire time, repeatedly interrupting the process of shipping my package. I understand that employees chat with coworkers throughout the day like we all do but there is a difference between casual conversation and making a customer feel like they're interrupting something more important. The employee would type part of my address, turn around to continue her conversation, weigh my package, turn around again to talk to her coworkers, and repeat the cycle throughout the transaction. What should have been a simple shipment took approximately 12 minutes to place a single item in a bag and print a shipping label because the employees seemed far more focused on their personal conversations than the customer standing in front of them. To make matters worse after I paid the employee handed me my tracking receipt and immediately walked away without saying a word no "You're all set," no confirmation that the transaction was complete .nothing. She simply walked away to continue her conversation that i interrupted leaving me standing there wondering if there was anything else I needed to do. Eventually, I just shrugged and left. The service quality overall is good, as this is is a busy location. Parking can be quite a hassle during rush hour after work. read more

This is my local UPS store. I stop in often to drop off my Amazon packages for a return. I never have a problem. Customer service is always great. Sometimes there is a line so you have to wait, but it goes by pretty fast. I never had any problems with Amazon not receiving my order so I will continue to stop by to drop off my packages. read more

I chose this location to get my fingerprinting done today because I have been here before & was very pleased with the personnel, the store owner, & the way her employees work so well together. It's a very smooth operation... I can honestly say they put the customer first. This is a busy store, but the owner & her employees have an incredible system & work together so well. They were able to get everyone taken care of without a hitch. My fingerprinting appointment was at 1:30 pm & I was taken right on time. The young lady who did my fingerprinting was very nice, professional & explained to me that they use digital fingerprinting for the company that requested my fingerprints. Came in to return an Amazon package - haven't noticed it said "customer packed" on it - my bad. The worker at the store pointed it out saying "we can fit into one of our bags for $7 (or so) or you can package it in a plastic bag and home and bring in" Came back the next day (so visit 2), sealed bag, taped. Same person: "Oh no we can't take a plastic bag packaging, it needs to be either our packaging or a box". Dude! When I return things "no package no label" you put things into clear thin bags and that's totally fine but for some reason my reasonably packaged one is not? This UPS store is located in a strip mall off Baymeadows & Southside. It's easy to miss this store sandwiched between other stores; I drove around looking for this place for longer than I should have. Once inside it's pretty much the typical UPS stores with typical services offered by UPS. The prices to ship items are a bit high in my opinion, but convenient when USPS is closed and you need to send out the package asap. Service here was ok, they were friendly but not 100% up to customer service expectations. I will be back if I just got to ship something right away, but I prefer other UPS locations, or the post office. read more

The service was always mediocre here but lately it's just gotten absolutely terrible. Walked in one day and two of the workers were too busy on their phones to realize I was asking for help. There are two young ladies that work there that are always scrambling around trying to get stuff done. The line is always long & even though there's more than enough staff there they don't work all the registers. The last time I was there the guy who I know is the manager was sitting in the back drinking a coke watching a line of frustrated customers. Before I even knew there was an Amazon kiosk, I came in one day & the manager redirected me, only to fall over himself to help a pretty young girl with an Amazon return a few minutes later. Other than that he's held several customers hostage before with long stories not relevant to their visit no matter how long the line is. They say they offer notary but I went in at 3:15 (they close at 4) and they said their notary left 10 minutes prior to me getting there. I took my amazon small package for return, this UPS store charged me $4.98 to print the return label which I have showed them on my phone screen. This is the first time that a store have charged me at all (in this case $4.98 per 1 page) for the return label already paid by Amazon. In any case, the price to print a page cannot be $4.98 even if it is the first or only printed page. read more

Don't believe the hype of that they guarantee what they pack and ship. It's a joke. Make sure you tell the recipient to save the boxes and packaging if the goods arrive damaged. Make sure also to check and see how they package your items. For a ceramic bowl I shipped they packaged it with a single piece of bubble wrap. Guess what- that wasn't sufficient for the item to not break into pieces. Very frustrating. read more

Management here is a joke. He guy always has a smile on his face, but he's not actually friendly at all. The staff follows his footsteps, smile but not actually welcoming or friendly. Totally regret getting an annual box here. Have had another UPS box for over 10+ years, and never had issues like we have had with them in less than 6 months. Lost packages. Waiting in 25min+ lines to pick up packages as a signed box renter. Co-owners of the business can't both mutually pick up mail or make decisions on the account because this location locks it to one "primary" person. Biggest regret signing up here. I didn't enjoy my experience at the ups store this time around. I went there to mail off a package to my best friend. The guy at the desk was annoying. He was treating me like I was on a game show. Not professional, just being goofy. I put my package down and he asked me what was the value of the item and what was in the box. I told him. He then told me the price to ship....$78. A 3 pound box is $78. Highway robbery. I asked him how much is the shipping? It dropped all the down to $35. Why in the world would this guy add a $40 insurance to my package cost without asking me? The insurance was more than the shipping! Then he tried to sell me a new box. Talking about the box looked banged up. When I commented on the fact that he was trying to sell me a box.... all of a sudden I don't need one. What a jerk. The post office never hassles customers like this. This place manages to get your packages on their journey to their intended location without sending your blood pressure through the roof. Since I'm talking about this specific location rather than UPS as a company, I'm not going to talk about shipping costs or times. What makes this store good is its staff. The workers here are friendly and efficient, and the store actually has enough folks on hand to adequately staff the registers. I believe three of them are notarized, too. All in all, it's a well-run store with helpful employees and a basic respect for you and your packages. read more

I called to get the email to have docs printed. I was provided the WRONG email. So when my son arrived my docs were not ready. I re-emailed. My son came home with all the documents printed at about 75% (not the full document size). Who does that? I sent him back and called to speak to the manager Jessica. She immediately went into defense-mode. Not ONE time did she apologize, even for her associate providing the wrong email, or providing the docs at 75% (and charging me). She defensively tried to explain the technical side of the issue. I am tech savvy too, and none of what she shared made any sense; I debunked each explanation, and told her how to correct it. Instead, I told her I would like the owners name (Michelle), and told her I would be filing a complaint with corporate. She said that, that was fine, and she had other customers...and she HUNG UP. Not only will I never use this store. I will make sure no one I know uses it, or any other UPS Store. She did not even offer a refund. read more

This is a great little spot for residents in the Baymeadows/Deerwood area to mail packages if, like me, the post office feels too far away. They sell packing supplies and help with sending packages out. They have to frequently remind me of shipping costs because I simply don't care enough to remember that information for myself. They never get frustrated with me despite my complete and utter lack of knowledge pertaining to shipping and receiving packages, which very nearly make me want to care enough to be able to do some of these things for myself. On my most recent visit, I taped my box for myself and the assisting staff was thrilled! I hope to one day work up the courage to ask them to let me go swimming in the packing peanuts. Overall, I find the staff helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to service customers. The only complaint is that they close at 5:00, which seems earlier than it should be. I use this UPS store as my neighborhood shipping outlet, and as a "regular customer" I have always received friendly, courteous, and professional service. As an interior designer, I have a design studio and retail store that sells high end vintage furniture, accessories and artwork, and I have used this UPS store to ship very expensive, one of a kind vintage items to clients around the country. Several weeks ago a client had purchased a large painting which needed to be shipped. For obvious reasons, this painting would be a unique item to ship because of its size. The owner of this UPS store had an employee come from another location to create a special box and pack the painting. Truthfully, I have never seen such an expert job. The painting was carefully wrapped in several layers of paper and then bubble wrap with special attention to the corners of the artwork. The box was custom sized and reinforced, and I would have to say that short of a nuclear blast almost nothing would have been able to damage the painting. Needless to say, the artwork arrived unscathed to a very happy client. While this was an unusual shipping project, I have consistently found that this store takes equal care with more mundane shipping needs. It's wonderful to have a neighborhood location with friendly staff that can handle both the personal and commercial scope of services that UPS offers. read more

The most unpleasant experience I have ever had at UPS. This was my first and last time at this location and possible UPS altogether. I went early today at 8:00 am as soon as the store opened with about 15 pages that needed to be notarized. I explained to the lady at the store that I needed this for a rental lease. She flipped through the pages and told me that she needed to attend the other customers in line first and that I needed to wait until the other employee arrived since this was going to take way too long!! ( let me remind everyone that I was the first one in line and there was 3 other people that arrived 5 minutes behind me). Maybe this location should make multiple lines based on time need for service and provide service accordingly. This employee completely disrespected my time. Operation in this place is a one big joke. Had a finger print appointment and the young guy name Nick acting like a big shot had a line of people waiting to get finger printed when I walked in on time of my appointment. After waiting for 25 minutes pass my appointment I still had same 4 people in front of me. I asked him what is going on as I had other meetings, he says you need to wait if not you will have to reschedule and pay again like it's my fault. Called Fieldprint customer service while still waiting and rescheduled over the phone in another location with people apologizing. I have missed my 4PM meeting because of this place and have to wake up early to go to another UPS store first thing in the morning. Took a 5X7 picture frame in to be shipped 2 miles away. You "Surly" female told me "It will $7.50 and it will get there tomorrow" I said "great". Then she said "$10.50 packing" I replied "You said $7.50 now $10.50 with packing" she replied "yes" OK! Then when she goes to ring me up the total is $18.60?!??!??!!? So confusing. I feel like it was the old bait and switch. I just spent $18.60 to send a 5X7 picture 2 miles......it was a Christmas present and wrapped going to a business otherwise I would have taken it myself.
