Horrible customer service! Unfortunately it's the closest one to me so it's why I use it but they need to hire better employees.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The two female employees are RUDE and should be fired, especially after reading other reviews about these TWO employees. One of them called me a b**ch- that's as far as this story goes. The comment was unsolicited and not taken back. When I told the gentlemen about her comment, which he obviously heard, he said oh I apologize and didn't even blink. I guess that behavior is normal. $5 to print off a ONE PAGE black and white document? You've got to be kidding me. Extortion at its finest. The price is set by the owner of the store, which I was informed of by one of the employees...sure says a lot about that person. Other stores charge anywhere from nothing to $1.50, but $5?! I went to this location a few days ago & had a positive experience! Originally I was wary from going to this location due to some of the negative reviews I read, but the next closest location was in Dallas so I decided to give this place a chance. When I walked in, there was only 1 person in front of me - the lady helping him called someone from the back to come up front to offer me assistance. I had 1 item I had to return to Amazon & I kid you not - it took no more than 2 minutes & I was done. Painless & fast! read more

Wow...I walk in and both girls ignore me like I wasn't here. One was even on her personal phone talking to a loved one. (she said, "love you" before she hung up). Once one acknowledged me it was quick to return the Uverse equipment. Sign 2 papers and I'm out. Customer service needs some attention when customers walk in, especially if they standing at the counter in plain view. read more

Wow. Saturday is the only day we have to do chores, came here 350 pm and the store was locked and chain was pulled down already which is odd,... considering the store closes at 4 there were 3 other customers with us looking to see why the store was closed alreaf. The very large employee inside glared at us with hateful stare. Horrible for an UPS store!! Store closes at 4. Which means you lock at4. Not at 345 and start cleaning up and pulling you chain curtain down. I want customer set vice to contact me ASAP read more

Poor customer service and a ripoff. Might as well not have UPS name on the business. Shipping an item with a vendor provided shipping label and they would not provide a UPS box. Went across the street to FedEx and got a small box, returned and dropped off to ship. read more

Worst UPS store ever. Will not be coming here anymore. Employees here have lost or stolen multiple, expensive packages. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. Have tracking confirmation which shows that packages were "in transit" but never delivered. Unbelievable. read more

Awful customer service. I called earlier to ask if I could print out an email there, and the guy says Yes. So I schlep over there in the pouring rain, but when I arrived I found that they don't actually have printing services - you email them the document, and they'll print it out themselves. Fortunately, I had my smartphone, so I just emailed the message as I was standing there and told him that what I actually wanted printed was the Word doc attached to the email. The guy had a sullen attitude from the moment we walked into the store, and it never improved. If anything, it just got worse. He said he couldn't print it, and I said that it was just a regular Word doc. He shrugged and said, "It just says it can't print it. Can't recognize the file." He didn't say another word and barely looked at us. Finally, we just said thanks and left. Wasted 20 minutes of our time. I don't recommend coming here unless you're really, really desperate to get a UPS mailbox and can't go anywhere else. read more

NEW OWNER just took over this week!!!! The bad employees are gone and the service is now fantastic! The new owner is there daily making sure service is great, packages are scanned correctly, and NOT closing early. There are a lot of negative reviews, however that was with the old management and staff. Definitely go to this UPS Store in Irving. You'll be amazed at the difference. read more

Why do you list a telephone number if you NEVER answer the phone! Avoid this store. I shipped a laptop and the store employee placed the shipping label over a lithium battery warning marking on the box.......the package was returned to me by UPS because the label was partially covering the warning which apparently by federal law requires them to return the package. I did not attach the label......the UPS store employee did after i left......why would they cover up a federally required marking when there was plenty of room on the box elsewhere. My guess, based on the reviews here, is that she really could care less and that is reinforced by no one answering the phone for 3 days in a row. Going to use the OTHER location in Irving.....they answer the phone and are very helpful! read more

Tried calling this store multiple times and there is no answer. Employees are deliberately not answering the phone or the number is obsolete. Either way UPS needs to do something about this. I came here right after work a little after 5:30 pm and i was able to find parking. I walked right on in and was greeted to come to the counter before i even made it halfway into the store. lol.. The guy took my package and gave me my receipt in less than 1 minute. I was out of the parking lot within 4 minutes of me pulling up. While driving away i said to myself that was the quickest mail transaction i ever had so far in my life. :) LOL read more

Terrible customer service. I asked the employee several questions and she didn't answer any of them. She didn't even try to help me. Just kept saying that she didn't know because they're franchised which didn't answer my questions. Then i asked for a list of other stores. She said they were the only store in Irving. I feel like brick & mortar UPS stores are not that common anymore, but they should be with USPS sucking more and more everyday. Anyways, expect a wait at this location, usually, I'm behind a couple of people in line while there are 2 employees. I've never experienced bad customer service but I've seen a ton of customers go in without ALL the info they need to make inquiries or requests. I've shipped a large box to Vegas a week before my trip to the hotel for less than a carry on/checked baggage costs, awesome! I go to this location for drop offs & receipts for drop offs. read more

The rep Taylor was great at this location. Let me just say that. So I would give her 5 stars. But the fact that you have to pay 5$ for them to print ONE page is just outright ridiculous. I send off business for work overnight through lots of different UPS stores. Yes I know that they are franchised stores, but that's not even a happy medium. That's taking advantage of the customer, outright. Had I not had a deadline, I would have gone to the other store out in Dallas. Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged. read more

What a joke! This place closes way earlier then its posted time. Came up to a locked door at 3:30 on a Saturday.the sign on the front door clearly says they close at 4. Pulled on the door and only got angry glares from the two employees... i wonder if the manager knows they are doing this? I bet they do not mind getting paid to not have to deal with anyone. read more

THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE! I have made the horrendous mistake of having my Christmas gifts shipped to this location for safety reasons instead of to my home and risking the package being taken. When I went in today to pick my multiple packages up I was told initially only three were there. I showed her my confirmation showing six packages. She then rolled her wires and went to look. She found two more and I still said there is another package she then refused to go look. So I had her pull up the tracking and she proceeded to tell me it may show they received it but they don't have it. I left and call UPS direct and was advised to contact the location again and provide the name that signed for the package. They first said they don't have it when I kept saying it shows to have been signed for she finally admitted they found the package and if I wasn't so rude they would have assisted me better. So I asked for aDM out Corporate number they gave me the 800 UPS number then they it phone number. I asked them to stop the bill and then I was told they would refuse my delivery and in fact I should pay ten dollars per package but they did that for courtesy. Then hung up on me. I definitely do not recommend this location at all only have a star because I have to. Have a message into to UPS STORE CORPORATE I hope to receive a call from someone. read more

The guys here are so helpful! I have had to ship multiple times and they're always friendly, even during the holidays when it's super busy and customers are unpleasant. I had (3) large boxes of my mother's crystal and china to ship to myself. The guys wrapped everything while I waited, did it quickly and efficiently and I thought the price was fair (vs. me trying to wrap everything, box it up and go to either UPS or USPS myself). Everything arrived in perfect condition, not one chip. The other folks complaining here (for the most part) are complaining about the pricing, not the service. The folks at this store don't control the pricing. Leon and Taylor are super lovely and helpful. I actually look forward to the next time I need to ship something. read more

This store is located right in the middle of lunch central. You usually have 2 people in line when you arrive during lunch, but the line goes quickly and the employees are helpful and friendly. I ship here often for work and have a little bit of a drive to get here but it is worth not waiting 1.5 hours at the post office during the crazy time of year. I recommend this store to everyone! read more

I'm not sure where to leave the review for delivery as I do not know if the stores do the delivery, but this is the closest one so I'm going to leave it here. UPS had the smart idea to leave my package at the front door of a big apartment complex while I was on vacation. Most delivery services would leave it with the office. Sure enough it was stolen or thrown away by trash valet. Cool, now I gotta wait 8 days for a response then up to two weeks for refund. read more
