I use this business monthly to mail items to my family and friends. It is so nice knowing the people there and feeling like they are friendly faces. I try to use local establishments when I can and Steve provides a neighborly atmosphere every time I ship there. I certainly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Moreover, my packages have always been packed, shipped, and delivered as promised! Thanks. read more

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this post office/store. The owner was very rude to me and treated me with complete disrespect. Instead of having a professional conversation or trying to help, he made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and embarrassed. What made the situation even worse was that he followed me out of the store, which felt intimidating and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by the owner of a business. In my opinion, a place that treats people like this should not be allowed to continue operating without being seriously looked into. I strongly believe this business needs to be shut down if this is how customers are treated. Please literally take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Regarding Eagle Postal Center at 391 Las Colinas Blvd E Suite 130, Irving, TX 75039 WARNING for anyone needing to drop off UPS/FedEx packages in Las Colinas. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. I have reported this UPS outlet to UPS Customer relations for unprofessional and threatening behavior by the owner. I went in this morning to drop off a package using a pre-printed label with my company's UPS account. The owner said, "You're welcome for your free service." I asked if I should take the package somewhere else and he said no and began yelling at me. I would have run out the door, but he was holding the envelope that I needed overnighted. He yelled at me for about 10 minutes on being a small business owner and "people like you" come in with their company labels and he doesn't get any money, but then he has to pay for UPS to pick up the packages, $90 a month. He said "people like you" roll their eyes at me and leave me bad reviews. He said I need to tell my company shame on them for taking advantage of small business owners by having their corporate accounts and screwing over small businesses. I have NEVER been talked to or treated like that in a professional establishment. He was so angry I felt scared. Then he said "oh I'm sorry, give me a hug" and I quickly ran to the door and said "NO, I just need to make sure my package is shipped." He threw it into the pick up box and said "see right there, it will get picked up later today." So not only did I feel scared and threatened, I'm worried that my package won't get shipped and overnighted. I left very shaken and upset. I will definitely NEVER go back into that establishment. And I will be reporting this location to YELP and any other social media page that I can find. No woman should ever walk into that store front because that man is unhinged and dangerous. UPS needs to seriously look into this location and whether it is a good representative for its corporation. Steve makes the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He set up my mailbox quickly, explained everything clearly, and has been consistently thorough ever since. The manager will take your food delivery orders and lie and say they are his. He will take videos of you and harass you. This is a horrible postal center that can't even send packages out properly (I've tried.). They are always incredibly rude. NEVER GO HERE. There is a FedEx, literally half a mile away. I literally live right next to this postal center and rather drive to a completely different one just to avoid their service. Save your time and money and never go here. If you ever see the guy in this picture, know he will harass you and take videos of you and steal your food delivery orders. (P.S. that is the manager.) Also, any good reviews they 100% paid for. read more

Incredibly helpful and very easy to work with- on all requests whether shipping copying etc

Absolutely 0 stars if I could. I have been here several times before with no issues, the employee working there today was a complete prick. There is a single parking space that has a sign that it's for loading and unloading only, so I pulled over to the side in case any trucks need to come through and turned on my blinkers. I had 6 packages I was trying to tape up and bring in to ship, and as I was standing by my car taping them up for a few minutes, I heard the employee come outside on his phone and start describing my car and reading my license plate to try and get me towed. I rush in there asking him what he's doing and start telling him I'm a customer, but he continues to be rude and does not want to apologize for trying to tow me despite the fact that I'm trying to use their services. read more

Bad attitude and shipments go out late after drop off. Avoid avoid avoid. Not worth it. Go to a real UPS or FedEx.

May God have mercy on your soul if you schedule an appointment and you're late. I had an appointment at 12:20 and arrived at 12:40. Yes, I was late, but assumed that the appointment was more for general scheduling. There was one customer in front of me and no one else in the store. The guy proceeded to give me grief for being late and having back to back appointments and the hassle it imposes upon him especially with having to take care of walk-in customers. It took about 5 minutes total. No one came in. If you've seen Seinfeld, think "Soup Natzi." read more

Everytime I'm in here the staff bends over backwards to help me. They have a number of service that you cannot find in this area and are always helpful. As a small business owner, having access 24/7 to the mailboxes and copy machine is vital. Prices are competitive, most people don't know it's cheaper (and mutually beneficial) to pay / purchase your FedEx / USPS / DHL postage thru Eagle Postal verse printing your own label at home. They offer notary service's, shipping, moving boxes, and even have a key machine for extra keys. Highly recommend!! read more

The employee is straight up racist. I went with my uncle to get a i9 verification and asked for two forms of identifications the first time we had to cancel the appointment because we didn't have the two forms of identification made an appointment the second time and I brought another form of identification that was listed on the list of things they take for the verification of identity went and checked us in and then got on the phone i believe trying to verify and once they answered the phone he stepped outside to talk on the phone made us wait at least 10 minutes came back and said he could not take the other form because they had issues with it and when I asked then why was it on the list he said I don't know they have problems with it. I went to another place for the i9 verification and they gladly took those both identifications. y'all foreal need to fire that guy . read more

Go literally anywhere else. The people who work here go out of their way to be rude and purposefully try to make it harder to get anything done. Honestly wasn't sure if they were messing with me because that is how bad the customer service is. I hope this place goes out of business. And soon. Not like the people working there would care either way but come on and at least make a halfassed attempt to hire decent employees. What a joke. read more

I went in here earlier today to drop off a UPS package that I had already paid the postage on. As soon as I walked in the door an employee asked me from across the room if it was an overweight package and that if it was, "he" would charge me extra. I told her the postage had already been paid and she initially responded that I would still be charged extra for it being a large package. Then an older guy came over and started scolding the employee that was helping me telling her she shouldn't be helping me with a drop off before helping their "paying customers". He then went on a rant about how UPS/FedEx drop offs were putting him out of business and that he doesn't make any money on this service so I had to wait for all other customers to be gone before he would assist me. I was feeling very uncomfortable after all of this so once I was finally helped I asked if I could please have a receipt and this set the older gentleman into a second rant saying I was ridiculous for asking for a receipt and should have just taken a picture of my label for the tracking. But it wasn't the tracking number I wanted, at this point it was very obvious to me this place was super shady with an owner that has no idea what he's doing or how to treat people with respect so I asked for a receipt so my package wouldn't be stolen by this business. Very shocking experience, completely unprofessional and the worst part is I'm pretty positive it was the owner himself acting this way. He actually believes ups/FedEx drop offs are putting him out of business, but it's very clearly himself that has the problem. I was embarrassed, and I felt bad for his employees having to deal with him speaking down to them in front of everyone. Definitely will never return here for any service after this. read more

I went for i9 verification. The owner is too rude to speak. He didn't even listen to what I have to say regarding my document. He only stands on his line saying " I know what I am doing ". I have never used Yelp before but my experience here was enough to make an account. I went to get a photo taken for a work related ID. It did not come out correctly the first time (they seemed to be in a hurry and the picture was way off center and did not show my shoulders as per the requirement) so the company sent me back to get it again. When I came in the second time to get the picture retaken the employee was very combative from the start. After failing for a second time to follow simple instructions and get the photo centered and shoulders in the shot, I had to put the software in manual mode myself as the employee was unwilling to perform this simple task to get a centered photo per requirements. This unfortunately ended in a shouting match over a simple picture. The employee was extremely disrespectful. From other reviews here, it seems to like employees are trying to be terrible at their job, it was ridiculous. I would be wary about using this company for anything important. read more

Thank you Super Eagle Postal Center Guy! You saved Christmas! So it's the Friday before Christmas. And the client gifts HAVE to go out that night. It's 4 p.m. and I'm scrambling like mad eggs trying to get stuff bought, packed and ready to go. At 6 p.m. I'm doing the double panic because I've run out of styrofoam popcorn. I bought tons but it's still not enough. But the guy at Eagle Postal Center--who should totally have a super cape--saved the day by staying open late so I can run over, literally, and get one more bag of popcorn. I'm not sure how this place got such high reviews. If you look at the filtered reviews, that was my experience here. I understand people have to make money, but I like to get a feel for the place before starting to do business with them. I came into this store to buy some tape to return and was also hoping to drop of my prepaid package (paid by verizon - not me). Even though I bought the tape, the owner seemed furious that I wasn't shipping with "his company" and had a really bad attitude about it. I'm sorry, but I don't control who pays for it in this instance. I just moved to this area and I would have probably shipped items in the futrue here as it is so close to where I live, but now that I've had the terrible customer service experience, I don't plan to ever return. I usually ship products out about once a week, sometimes I print a label online and just drop off or if it's something a little larger I will go in to a post office and pay for shipping there. Now I have been here a few times, each time has been a very uncomfortable experience. The first time I had a drop off, there were two young men just talking away and never got a hello or anything, asked where can I leave the box for drop off and he goes "uh, what is it?" I told him it was just a box that needed to be sent out (it was a box that already had a shipping label.) He said "oh just put it here." Not even pointing to a place. And he continues talking to his friend. The second time, I came in and bought bubble wrap and tape. I also had another drop off, no one else was there, but the man at the desk was mad saying that he was going to start charging a dollar for every drop off because he's tired of people coming in and not shipping through his store. I thought it was totally uncalled for since this was my only second time here. I just hurried out. Third time. Already feeling uncomfortable about stepping foot in this place, (super close to my work, within walking distance) I was asked to drop off a small package, and get some stamps, so I walked over here and the man, again was super upset and said that he doesn't want us dropping off any more packages and starts complaining because the label wasn't taped all around the package and he starts taping it and says "see this is why I don't anyone just dropping off packages because people don't do it right and I have to use my supplies." I apologized of course and I looked at the label (it was only the corner that wasn't taped.) I just couldn't believe that I was being treated this way. I have not been back to this place and will not ever. I would rather drive the 15 minute drive elsewhere. Also the pre paid packages took about 2-3 days before any tracking info showed up online. So if something needs to somewhere quick, don't drop it off here. read more

True Story: I got to Eagle Postal a few minutes before they closed with some papers that needed to be notarized and Fedexed. The Fredex truck had left already, and I opted to send it three day delivery. However, since the truck was gone, Day 1 of the three days wouldn't start until tomorrow, technically making it a four day delivery. I was disappointed, but completely understood. It wasn't their fault. However, when I casually mentioned that this was an important document, the guy said he would drive it to the airport on his way home. I'm not kidding. Even though I tried to stop him, he insisted, saying it wasn't that much out of his way and he liked to go above and beyond for his customers. I was amazed. Incredible service delivered in an exceptionally friendly way. read more

Really sub par place. It's very warm in the building which is uncomfortable, one of the employees always makes comments about shipping with them versus using a prepaid label which is very annoying, and they charged me a $3 "computer fee" when they entered in my details. Worst place ever, I went in there for an drop off they just walked away from me and said is gonna be 10mins for me to get to you. I looked around I'm the only person in the store. He goes and walked to the back, I waited it by myself for 6 minutes. he walked back out and looked at my boxes and said I don't make much money on returns you know that right? I reply sir please just take this box thank you I need receipt too thx again. He reply is going to be another ten minutes for me to give you an receipt. I asked "it takes ten minutes to print an receipt! Your kidding" he reply " again I don't make much money on these returns, we offer postal service we make more money on those use those." This may have been the worst experience I've ever had in a business. I showed up, on time with all my IDs in hand, for fingerprinting for a new executive role I'm starting in a couple of weeks with s financial services firm. Unprompted, Steve the owner was incredibly rude. I said a simple thank you when he handed my ID back to me, and he responded with "this will go a lot faster if you stop talking and just listen". What the hell?? He then grabbed my hands with no advance notice to force them through the fingerprinting process, holding them relatively firmly while waiting for the system to respond. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if he hadn't also been ranting and raving in the most obscenely racist way I've experienced. Lots of horrible things to say about foreigners, minorities, people who don't speak English that well, and people who don't have traditional IDs or are confused navigating through the immigration process. Equally insane jobber about going to a Jesuit highschool, having more work ethic than any of 'these people', having a steady job his entire life (which apparently minorities can't do) and longing for the good old days of the 60s. I am a woman of color, and he seemed to have no qualms about bashing anyone who looked like me. He was so irate, I froze and didn't know what to do. I didn't want him to deliberately screw up my fingerprinting, and also felt like he was so unstable that it was best not to further aggravate the man who had my hands in his grasp so I couldn't leave. Absolutely unbelievable, and I'm not sure how this man has a functional business in 2021. read more

I've been a regular customer of Eagle Postal centers at various locations throughout the metroplex. They're all great, but this one really goes out of their way for personal service. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The owner makes sure that everything runs smooth. You can count on them for all of your postal and shipping needs. They're full-service and can accommodate pretty much anything... you'd be surprised! From help out to the car to special ordering boxes for me to email notification on packages shipped and delivered! Went to send a piece of mail around 12:30... the clerk had on gloves that he had not changed since I had entered the store and watched him service someone else. I asked him if I could swipe my own card due to concerns with cross contamination, he said no. I asked him what he was going to do to prevent cross contamination? He replied, "these gloves are resistant to everything... you can wipe some hand sanitizer on your card after I swipe it." I am appalled at this point. He clearly became upset and started rambling "no one else has ever asked he to swipe their own card." And I explained to him, again his wearing gloves, not changing them and not washing his has is cross contamination. I also advised him that can't spread falsities about gloves being resistant, especially to COVID-19. Of course there were signs all of stating what this specific location is doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 however, this clerk is either uneducated regarding this pandemic or he just doesn't care. Either way his attitude towards this situation was completely dismissive and insensitive. read more
