I called to find out where it was because the tracking had not be updated in a week, despite my pick up attempts and even asking it to be sent to a different location as suggested by the Landover hub because this location couldn't be bothered to actually look for it when I went three times to pick it up. The woman who answered the phone would not let me speak. She escalated over and over and over. Yelling at me. Being a bully. I tried to explain that I had texts and the app said it was there. Over and over refused to let me speak. So here you go woman. Here's the proof that you're a lying jerk who, given your disgusting attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen by you. I recorded the entire conversation, and will happily be sharing it with anyone who wants it, including the corp office representative who listened to it, and ask it be emailed to him this afternoon.

This store just attempted to egregiously overcharge me to ship shoes I already had a shipping label…read morefor! It was bad enough that the sales associate attempted to charge me for over $25 in shipping materials (for a shoe box!), but then someone who appeared to be a store manager doubled down on the foolishness, defending the ridiculously high cost. When I informed him that the UPS store down the street has never attempted to charge such an amount, his response was, "We're a franchise." Yes, a franchise that unapologetically overcharges people. Duly noted. I took my shoes and went to the UPS Store on Colesville Rd, where I was charged...$6. Beware! Beware! Beware!

My mailbox bracket snapped when the post was hit by a truck during the snow storm. I researched and…read morefound a comparable bracket from Midatlantic Mailbox Inc. I ordered Premiere 3" St John Scroll Mailbox Bracket for $101.22 including shipping to my place. Once I replaced the broken bracket and attached the mailbox to the post, I went to place it into the hole that was prepared in the ground. When I placed the entire post/mailbox assembly into the ground, the stress of the placing the post into the ground snapped the bracket the same way the old one broke when the truck hit it. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told that it was the installation error by not using the mailbox support/bracket and it wasn't designed to hold my mailbox that is heavier. Nothing in the descriptions of the product showed any limitations on weight and when you actually look at the design, you can see how flimsy the design is. Look at the photo and make your own conclusions. If this bracket doesn't even hold up to the installation of the post into the hole, this will not last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product as well as this company. They don't stand behind their product and blames the customers if anything happens. Do not support this company. Avoid as they will not help you.

Dear Anne, I called…read moreabout 2 weeks ago to order a part for my mailbox. I am writing today to express how thoroughly impressed I was with all the folks I dealt with at your company. I spoke with Brandon on 11/16/20 where he walked me through ordering the part. Extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. I called the next day to request confirmation and tracking info and was told that Brandon was unavailable. Lora answered the phone and immediately offered to look up my order and help get me the info I needed. She found my order right away, emailed the info to me and I was on my way. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Today I called to get the email address of the boss (you) and Lora and Brandon. I left a voice message initially. Marlene called me back promptly and gave me the info I requested after I explained my intention to write to you. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. And kind enough to tell me a little more about your company. Certainly, if I ever need a mailbox or parts, or come across someone who does, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic. Too often we complain about bad service. Rarely do we acknowledge great service. THAT, was great service. Thank you.
