I go to this UPS regularly. I get used to a team they recognize me then third, fourth time they change out & I have to start all info over??? I mail repeated packages to family member repeatedly. At Christmas I overwhelm them with numerous package all sizes. In the past they were so friendly, Middle Eastern, we'd laugh cause they new where packages were going. Now no greeting, I load boxes on scale, just no small talk or they seem not to care when your asking delivery time & cost. Or they think what I'm sending is crazy. There was this very rude old Indian employee with white beard and hat. I came in to return a package and all I was asking for the price and he was getting mad for doing his job. He also said "your waisting my time" like dude is your job to do this is not my problem that you work there and he also was mishandling my product aswelll throwing it at the floor without care. He also was trying to scam me by saying I got had to buy a bigger box when I already had two boxes wrapped up ready to go. Horrible experience that dude got get fired. read more

Came here for the first time on Tuesday to drop off an Amazon return. I usually go to a different UPS but this was on the way. They weren't busy and the guy was cheerful and was quick with processing my return. I was in and out in minutes. Will make this location my next go to UPS. Small update: came here to print two days ago and they charged $3 to use the computer. I'll be taking my printing needs to fedex now. read more

First of all I just came to drop off a box with shipping already printed all I needed was to tape the box closed. Upon walking in there was no greeting no hello nothing. Another customer was being attended by another associate so I got mr angry man- I told him I have a shipping label already this disgruntled employee begrudgingly tells me I have to pay $1 for tape and taping my box closed. I say sir this is not true I have mailed off packages and never heard of such policy-and that if he's being truthful and honest that is truly the policy go ahead and charge me but know I will find out and if it happens to be a lie I will come back in this store and raise hell. He then decide to tell me he will do me a favor by actually doing his job. Look I get taping a box is too much for you old man but why work here? Terrible branch that I will never go again even they are 2 minutes away from my house. They messed up my Amazon return a few times and I never complain. I just called Amazon customer service to fix it. However they messed up my other return again last week. I gave this guy Shjja 3 return code and he messed up two packages. I talked to him this morning and he gave me horrible attitude. He said it wasn't me. I never use wrong code, it was you! I said sir watch your attitude and fix the problem. He said you watch your attitude and I don't wanna due with people like you in the morning. Not only did he not take responsibility for his own mistakes, he also blamed it to the customer. I got some programs printed on card stock in a rectangular shape from another Ups and I went into this one to get them cut using their slicer. Immediately the lazy clerk (who I believe is of Indian descent , huge stomach, heavy accent) tells me that this was going to be too hard to cut. So in other words he couldn't do it. Whether it is hard or not, that is a service that you advertise but since the staff is so lazy , the front desk clerk decided he didn't want to do it. Mind you, there was a couple shipping a bicycle and he was happy to help them. Don't come here because they are too lazy to work! read more

Service is good but i would recommend getting your own box and printing out your own label, because at this store they charged me $5.99 for the second smallest box they had (12x12x12) and charged me $3.00 for printing the label. I also asked for bubble wrap but they said that it would be $5 when at USPS its $1. Good service though just get your own materials ! read more

They will charge you for everything they can. I needed a shipping label printed and the girl said it's $0.20/page, that's fair. When checking out, I see an additional charge for $3.00 computer use (1-15 minutes) and question why I'm being charged that when I didn't even use the computer. She goes on to say "Yeah, well we use the computer so it's the same thing." It's only $3.00... if it was mentioned in the beginning that would've been nice. Plus there's no prices around so who knows if they're making up those prices. Anyways, won't be going here anymore. read more

I used to have a good experience but the last few times have not been good. First they continue to have my wrong address on file even after I have updated it with them several times. And the last few times I have gone, they decided to start charging for every little thing. Price for printing went up and they charge to tape my box together and to tape my pre-paid label that I already purchased. Since when was customer service a charge. I also asked the attendant to help me with a large box that I was shipping because I recently had surgery and its very hard for me to lift anything. She said she couldn't help me. Don't they have dollies or something. If anything she just seemed lazy. There's plenty of other UPS stores that are courteous that I will rather go to. Not going here anymore read more

I showed up 30 minutes before closing time. All three of the people working at the store interacted with me and made friendly conversation. I was stressed about mailing the package, but their kind attitudes melted my stress away. I highly recommend this UPS location. I will definitely be back. read more
