Time between dropping off my package and realizing I had dropped it and come back was less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately all the cash I had in my wallet was missing - $350. The only answer I got was that it was found in the parking lot but to me why would the driver have returned my wallet and stolen the money (or anyone else in the parking lot), it would've been more logical to have just taken the whole wallet and no one would've known (the wallet is worth more than the cash that was taken). No way of truly knowing who stole the cash in my wallet but it just doesn't sit right with me and I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

I called around needing a document notarized, and most places no longer offered that service or I needed to coordinate a time around their schedule. Thankfully, The Wrap & Mail Room offers notary at any time (no appointment necessary) and for $6 cash or card. I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas). They also have gift wrapping services, along with it being a mail room.

Everyone that works here is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They also seem like they enjoy being there and are dedicated to helping the public. I chose this location as it is close to home and I needed a PO box for my side business. I…read moreexplained to them that I would be receiving packages and mailing using the address, which they were fine with and I gladly paid an annual rate of $300 for a large box since I would be getting packages. I mostly ship using my own discounted shipping labels and needed a place to be able to send and receive without having to drive to the post office. I even used their services to mail a package (with a 50% upcharge) because I want to support their business. Recently I went in to drop off several packages and the owner refused to take any USPS packages from me, he stated he only takes FedEx and UPS; rather than argue with him over it since he had a customer I left and drove to the post office that was 20 minutes away (mind you this is on my lunch hour). I called him later and he explained it is a liability issue for him since the USPS does not scan packages and if something gets lost it is his responsibility or a Customer will at least blame him for the loss and ask him to compensate them for their loss; understandable response. My problem is that at no time did they say they would not accept USPS packages when I signed up for the PO Box (the $300 fees are non-refundable). So I have a PO Box for the next year which is almost useless to me since I cannot mail out from that location. If you choose to rent a PO Box here be aware that they do no accept packages from literally the largest carrier of packages in the United States but they will gladly charge you an inflated price to mail USPS if you buy from them, seems fair right? When I spoke to the owners they seemed like very nice people but with these type of business practices I would go elsewhere.

UPS needs to start regulating the stores because this is insane. This location is the closest to me but I really need to start going to other locations. They don't even have pleasant customer service.
